Whenever I don’t feel like lifting I just watch an old Steve cook video and it gets me hyped to get after it.

What I like about Steve is he's humble, works his ass off, but most of all, doesn't ever claim natty. To put it to rest, no, Steve is not natural. And that's okay! You have to play the game to win. That does NOT take away from this dudes work ethic. But please, stop going around thinking you'll look like this without some help. I've seen too many "I can't wait to look like you" comments. Steve is an inspiration and probably has the best physique I've seen in a long time, but the dude uses. No big deal at all.

Steve I honestly found you about a month ago and idk why it took me so long because I've been into fitness for awhile now but you're such a boss! I know this is an old video but I keep making people watch it and tell them to wait till you put your cut off on and I tell them I want to look exactly like that lol. I'm in the airforce right now as a firefighter so I basically get paid to lift, but when I get out I'm going to pursue a fitness career and hopefully get the chance to meet ya some day. Sorry about the long post. I think this is the only post I've ever made on anybody's social media that's famous. Much respect for you man. Getting big now a days, keep killin it💪🏼

Steve you are so motivating. I used to compete and got hurt, but after I stopped competing, I realized I developed an eating disorder. I am so grateful for people in the fitness industry like you who preach balance is key and that it's so important to strive to be the BEST YOU, not the best anyone else. Keep doing what you're doing man, you're awesome!

Hey Steve, I'm 17 prepping for my first men's physique show in November while at the same time working as a plumber and gasfitter. I pack up four meals for my work day and leave them in the truck where they get very hot and disgusting. The six pack bag would make a world of difference in my prep so I would greatly appreciate it. Hey Steve! A 6 pack fitness bag would definitely benefit my upcoming Fall semester. I am currently enrolled in college (full time) and work full time (Graveyard Shift) in Downtown Los Angeles. In between my schedule I work out at the gym and will also be training at school in the wrestling program. Yes, two a day work outs! Steve raised a good point. I've been debating lately about competing but I've been doubting it because I feel like it's too vain. However, I realized goal setting and the extra motivation is important and reason enough.

his physique is definitely achievable naturally, i know this from experience and have never touched steroids or cutting agents in my life. just takes a lot of hard work an correct diet and training plan. steve's training is the best way to see results if you are willing to put in the effort
yea it is hard to tell if he is natty or not i think it is def possible to get that kind of physique as a natty body builder but will take long and alot of hard work. but that isnt y we love steve, he is one of the most humble bodybuilders out there. just makes u wanna become better natty or not.

why on earth does it matter whether steve is natural or not? he is genetically superior to begin with and training on steroids or naturally still involves hours of work and dedication to achieve the results you see here. if steve came out and admitted steroid use why would that change anyone's opinion on him? steve is still one of the nicest people you could ever be lucky enough to meet and always has loads of time for his fans. people should try and copy his attitude and appreciation for where he is and how he got there, then we might be getting somewhere!
