2:11 really hurt my heart. You're not supposed to open the film cartridge while there is still film in there because that will let light in and expose your pictures more then they already should be.

I was researching a bit and can't find any info on what ios system my phone is supposed to have. i have an iphone se version 11.2.6. will that work or do i need a newer iphone for this printer?
i just got mine today. i have an android and my wife has an iphone. with android, we don't have to manually switch wifi to instax wifi.. the phone automatically connects to instax printer even if the phone is on other wifi network. but with iphone, we have to manually switch the wifi to instax wifi, then go back to home wifi again to use internet... is this an issue with an iphone? or i am doing something wrong?
I think this is similar to the problem I had with it. Maybe it's an issue with Fuji and Apple? Very frustrating.
thanks Erin! ok. maybe that's what it is with apple then. apple has an airprint function for some wifi printers, but instax does not support airpinrt.. so.. it's frustrating. thanks for checking!
Hi! I´m not sure whether to buy the old SP-1 or the new SP-2.I have a question, Is it possible to soften the dark tones etc, i.e. make the SP-2 printer look more like the SP-1? I know some of the benefits with the new one such as apps, better battery, colours etc. However I find that I mostly prefer pictures shown in comparison from the SP-1 with some exceptions. I like the old vintage look and sometimes the SP-2 seems to get to dark with black colours. In one of the vids a person said that after having had the photos on the refrigerator for some time, she could hardly tell any difference between the two printer. Does it mean that the SP-2 colours get bleached?
Hey there! So I just got my SP-2 printer today and I have 5 different Instax Films. I wanted to print 2 photos on Stripe Film and 2 photos on Shiny Star Film. Is that gonna waste the rest of the 8 films of my Stripe film if I change the cartridges?

Would it be possible to change the cartridges in the dark so it doesn't get exposed to the light? Lights off at night?

You shouldn’t swap because if you have any instax/fujifilm camera or printer it spits out a tester one first. If you swap when you still have film left in the cartridges the printer/camera will think it is a tester so it will come out blank

Is this version better than the version 3? I’ve watched both reviews and you seem to like this one more.
Hard to say. I had a bit more trouble with the 3, but that might just have been a software bug. I do like the bigger square prints better, personally. Are you going to get one?

The ink is in the paper. So you never need to worry about it.
she didn’t answer your question totally, you can print ten times before having to replace the film cartridge, no need to worry about ink!
how many years stay the photo?..
I had some of these photos for a couple years now and they still look great.

Hello, when I print out the photos there’s a violet line on the both sides of the picture. Will it fade away the picture? I hope you will respond.
If it hasn't faded by now, then not likely. Perhaps a bad pack of film?

recently I tried to print photos on this printer, but the results were all yellow. do you know why?

It doesn't connect with Iphone at all. Tried a hundred times. The wifi is connected but the app cannot find the printer.

I've added a photo of a photo printed by the printer to show the quality. ua-cam.com/users/postUgkx-p39-0aeo2zzlTJzXhwlZ_zUNm1lnIci Many reviews complain about the heavy yellow tone of printed photos; avoid this by editing your photos towards the blue end of the temperature spectrum. I also suggest increasing the exposure a little when editing because photos will print a little dark if you do not.If you follow these steps to edit your photos prior to printing, your photos will look too bright and too blue on your phone but they will print perfectly.Highly recommend!
Are you supposed to peal the plastic off the film

keefir hahahaha if you mean the film. You can buy instax mini film at cvs, Best Buy, Amazon, and Urban Outfitters. I don’t recommend buying it at Urban Outfitters because it is awfully expensive. If you are planning to take a lot of pictures Best Buy has options where you can buy film in bulk, meaning you can get like 5 film cartridges (10 pieces of film each) for like 80 bucks
