It’s amazing just bought this 3 years after this video and the manual is still useless as mentioned in the comments 3 years ago. They should have paid you to write it! The one thing that’s not mentioned is does it have to be on to lift up the lever to open. I haven’t got to that point yet but it seems like it because I couldn’t open it out of the box without being plugged in and on.

My only complaint is there’s hardly any choices for grand lungo pods!! and no dark roast in grand lungo. For that reason-alone-I might return it, which really sucks because I really like the machine

I didn’t listen all the way and I only pushed my button once and it still went through the whole process of emptying all the water. Don’t know how it happened but glad it did
Mine is brand new, plugged it in, started leaking from the front…didn’t even do anything other than fill the tank with water..what am I doing wrong?? Kept plugging it back in and it begins leaking slowly from the front bottom

What I do is tilt the tank away from the machine and pull up. Not much more to it. I noticed that if you pull straight up it can be a bit difficult to remove

This was an ok video but instead of explaining stories of how good it tastes, please continue your demonstration instead of stopping and going. The moment we were getting to start the machine, the guy stops to talk about the foam and lost the viewer right at the moment it should have continued. Just advice. Be straight forward with these videos and don’t stop and go in the middle.
Why didn't u actual make a coffee to show us and we also needed to see what color the ring was at point in the process...the user manual is a disaster! Its a coffee machine.. not a flight manual for a 737!
I spent 30mins reading the manual... gave up. Googled a how to and your video came up, 10mins later and I'm enjoying a great coffee! Thank you!

Well water molds easily so if you don’t use it as often I would only put the desired amount or a little more :)
