    Recipe for: Stuffed Peppers with Minced Meat and Baked Rice + Sour Milk Sauce. Great Yummy!
    Necessary products:
    10 peppers (5 green and 5 red), washed, seeded and split at the bottom.
    For the stuffing:
    500 g minced meat
    250 g of rice, previously washed
    1 onion, finely chopped
    2 carrots, finely chopped
    1/2 bunch parsley, finely chopped
    Salt to taste
    Black pepper to taste
    Red pepper to taste
    Jojen to taste
    Oil
    For the white sauce:
    500 g of yogurt
    2 egg yolks
    1 tablespoon of flour
    Salt to taste
    Method of preparation:
    Preparing the peppers:
    In a heated pan with oil, fry the minced meat, stirring constantly, until it becomes small lumps.
    Add the onion and carrots to the minced meat and continue to fry for 2-3 minutes.
    Add the rice, stir and cook for 1 minute more.
    Pour about 500 ml. water, season with salt, black pepper, red pepper and ginger.
    Lower the heat and let the stuffing simmer until the rice has absorbed all the water.
    Remove from the heat and add the chopped parsley.
    Fill the peppers with the prepared stuffing and arrange them in the baking tray.
    Pour water up to half of the peppers in the pan.
    Sprinkle the peppers with a little salt and oil.
    Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees, without a fan, in the lower part of the oven, for about 60 minutes.
    Preparation of the white sauce:
    In a casserole, mix the yogurt, yolks, flour and salt to taste.
    Place the saucepan over medium heat and stir until the sauce thickens slightly.
    Gradually add the sauce to the roasted peppers, stirring constantly.
    Wait for the sauce to bubble and remove it from the heat.
    Serve the peppers drizzled with the white sauce.
