- Sky News Australia host James Morrow says former US president Donald Trump survived an assassination attempt by “millimetres”.
“Literally millimetres difference between clipping the former president apparently on his ear and potentially penetrating his skull - hitting him in the brain,” Mr Morrow said.
“The phrase dodge a bullet, well, I mean this is dodging a bullet right here.”

Other channels said there were popping sounds. Okay, fair enough. We weren't certain it was actually gun shots. But I saw another news agency Trump fell during a rally and the secret service got him in a vehicle.

If that roof was not taken into account by secret service during their initial sweep, then they were told there was no need to keep it secure! Even a $30 webcam could have kept it secure. Only a peanut would think otherwise. The real question now is how that person was going to escape. Given the shooter is dead, and secret service is now investigating themselves amongst other things, I guess everything will be ok now?
