The new A1 buoy air valve does not close when the pump is removed. I was unable to fully inflate the buoy.

How do you get the valve to accept water please?
Get a watering hose adapter that’s long and skinny and push it in

The valve does not work after a few months and you can’t inflate the bout call them and a woman gives you instructions on how to use your finger it’s a joke
