Your EPA comment on the window tint is exactly correct - the regular GLC gets window tint in the back but the 43s and 63s are lowered and theyre too low to count as SUVs LOL!

Great video and I have had my 43 for about 5 months and some issues. A few CEL light occurences , major creaks center console near screen, wired ticking sounds with proximity sensor when approaching car . So even though I'm happy with car it has a few quirks which lowers the overall experience.
Why did they get rid of the projectors. Manufactures nowadays have been getting rid of them. Makes it look less premium but I guess if the output is better its ok.

Heated/Cooled seats, Heated Steering-wheel, Auto Steering-wheel, Adaptive Cruise Control, Premium LEDs, and even fucking sunroofs. Genesis and Lexus are really the only 2 brands where everything is Al la carte in the higher trims.
Not a fan of over boosted turbo fours in a premium vehicle for the very reason you stated - they are just not smooth and refined. Also only 1 mpg better than the V6 , but heavier nah I'll pass!

What in the world are you talking about concerning the GLC Coupe replacing what? The CLE is a car, why are you comparing it to this? The engine is not mounted transversely either.
Maybe I missed it, but did you talk about how crummy the interior buttons are underneath the big screen? That is why I didn't buy this vehicle. The buttons felt so absolutely cheap, like they'd break as soon as I bought it.
Unlike a lot of people, I think that exterior of the X3 looks better than this, interior of the Mercedes is nicer but definitely wouldn't go with black. I forget what the new X4 looks like but never really been a fan....
One place you're wrong is where you said it isn't powerful enough to swing the tail out. ESP fully off, floor it out of a roundabout or a turn in 2nd gear and it'll do it😂

Cafe standards are really strict on light and medium duty vehicles. I will never understand why they don’t care about big trucks. AMG being heavy on 4cylinders now saves R&D down the road when emissions get even stricter.

The X3/X4 M50 with that sweet in-line 6 or the Audi SQ5 would be better choices. Even the handsome GV70. Not liking the turtle-like rear on this either. If you get one, lease it…do not buy.

I guess maybe the next gen SQ5 will be a happy medium. No one wants an ugly $75k vehicle (x3m50), or a beautiful $75k vehicle with a 4 cylinder (glc43).
Trash black plastic bumper. Better off the the new CX70 turbo S with the inline 6 engine with 340 HP. It doesn't have the cheap plastic on the rear bumper or wheel arches.

Nope, that engine is longitudinally (front to back) mounted. Transversely mounted engines are sideways.

Mercedes is officially done as a brand. These cars dont have the same quality, style or reliability which the brand used to be known for.
Reliability has been fine for Mercedes for over a decade now. The issue is cost cutting making their cars feel cheaper.
Merc and BMW have both dipped in quality and design. Genesis has surpassed them and once MAGMA launches it won't even be a question.

I think the 🇩🇪 0-60 times are without LC so that's why they say 4.7 sec. They know that no one really LC their vehicles on a daily basis.
That is RAPID! I couldn’t care less what propulsion it uses (4, 6, 8, EV). I just care about performance. 0-60 in 4.16 is commendable.

These are the base headlights. There are two headlight upgrades available.

The 4-cylinder is the reason luxury cars have traditionally avoided them. They're very difficulty to get smooth.

Consumer reports has the Mercedes brand near the bottom of the overall reliability list on a yearly basis, its well below all other german brands
