Thank you so much for all of your research, videos, recipes, and your genuinely awesome spirit and personality!! I came across your channel last year when I was doing a keto diet. Fast forward to 2020 and I killed my diet and my gut with everything bad you would disapprove of including alcohol, and on top of that having never ending stress and pandemic fatigue. You educated me on all of the sweetners, oils, and ingredient lingo. I've always had a lactose problem and was diagnosed with IBS at a teen. Now because of my bad food and drink choices from this pandemic I had an episode of gastritis. Its better now but I had to completely change my diet to gluten free, dairy free, and low fodmaps. I completely aggravated my gut! I also recently became very sensitive to all nuts and nut milk and get gas for hours. The only milks that don't bother my stomach are coconut milk and oat milk. Also because of the gastritis I had to completely give up coffee and other highly acidic and inflammatory foods and beverages. I love your channel and the research you do on companies! I love your tips and advice! Just wanted to say thank you for coming along with me on my new lifestyle journey!! Can't wait for more videos, your book, and your app to come out!! Thanks, Jessica
When I saw no BS on the package I refused to buy it. The word bullshit should not be on food. They are not hip, cool, or edgey. Now they are not even honest. 3 Words. Classless Dishonest Food.
I know! I emailed them and called them out on the additional “natural flavors” and they responded it was a patented secret mix of all sorts of high quality oils and fruit essences to give it flavor and stability. I say BS. Too bad I had already bought a box of bars. Wasted my money.
Looking at your tutorial on healthy eating. I am a diabetic. I recently had a Dr appointment to check my ALC my level are low I am off of all diabetic medications. I feeling real good plus I work out at the Gym 4 times a week. Thank you so Bobby for what you do give us advice on eating healthy ❤️❤️
I bought a lot of good organic product in the Whole Foods Market and very happy for the price and the quality , I also like it because if you bring your own shopping bags they will discount 10 ct for each bag you bring to pick up your purchase , this Store Market is a FRIEND of the ENVIRONMENT , Walmart store should copy what each one carries his bag. The oceans are full of plastic and Americans have to change the world starting with this work.
Please do a Kroger call Kroger if you have that in your area Kroger and Publix are grocery stores that are not located in every area but Kroger does have a dedicated section to clean inorganic

Patricia, Goji berries are high in anti-cancer properties and vitamin C. I have two plants in my garden that I use for smoothies. Grow your own Gojiji berries.
Bobby I love spatchcock chicken and I especially like the kind of chicken that we got from thrive market already butterflied ready to go. I use Ina Gartens recipe because it has lemon and white wine onion and it’s fabulous you had to give it a try you might wanna incorporate it into the recipe that you’re using!
Bobby, you cracked me up when you talked about the Rao for Single people! “No one loves you” 🤣😩 I’m single because I love it that way... but you can definitely store extra products in the freezer.
So the only "clean" bread I like is the blue bag one I grew up on white bread and changing breads was one of the hardest things I had to do....but that bread is good for grilled cheese and some sandwiches (not all because pb&j has to be white sorry...)
