38:13 This dinosaur is called Therizinosaurus. It’s a plant eater, but extremely territorial. Luckily for Claire, this individual is blind and uses echolocation to navigate.
Even in Ark the Therizinosaurus was cantankerous and territorial
A very strange dinosaur called the platypus of dinosaurs.
Actually it's blind on its right eye.
The main antagonist Lewis Dodgson is the man in the original Jurassic Park who bribes Dennis Nedry into stealing the embryos and gives him the shaving cream can. He works for BioSyn, InGen’s corporate rival.
I was just about to tell them the same thing😅
"DODGSON! DODGSON! WE'VE GOT DODGSON HERE!!!....See? Nobody cares."
Lol! I was looking to tell them that too!
Well maybe I should've checked comments before commenting cuz I just posted the same thing. I shall scroll no further.
Omg I'm a big jurassic park fan and I never even realised that
Also his death was extremely poetic given that he was killed by the same dinosaurs that killed Nedry
lewis dodgeson was the one who was paying newman to steal the embryos in the first jurassic park, i am a little disappointed that you guys didn't pick up on that. i felt that the story with maisie was a bit confusing. for the fallen kingdom, they hinted that her "grandfather" made her after his original daughter died, but in this movie it is said that the daughter made maisie herself.
also, jane was right, blue did get a blood transfusion from a t-rex.
Same. I was disappointed they didn't catch that particular Easter egg of Dodgeson. But then, I've seen the first movie hundreds of times, so the second I heard the name Dodgeson I was like "OMG they circled all the way back to *this* guy!"
When it comes to the dinosaurs attacking things for the "just because" gotta remember that like animals today, they were probably extremely territorial.
The Quetzalcoatlus most likely attacked the plane because it saw it as a threat in it's area, and the Therizinosaurs killed the deer because it was in it's territory before going after Claire.
indeed, and in the case of the Therizinosaurus, I have seen an unbelievable/frustrating number of reactors say something along the lines of calling it a predator, even as the scene of it eating a bush is playing literally as they are saying it
6:04 Most dinosaurs were warm-blooded, like birds and mammals. And some dinosaurs did see snow.
Very good job. As a paleontologist I appreciate your knowledge
@@horrorandanime1990 Thank you
@@cezannejimenez7164 of course. I love dinosaurs! Especially the big carnivores
@@horrorandanime1990 Some of my favorites are polar dinosaurs like Pachyrhinosaurus and Imperobator. Mainly because most people don’t associate dinosaurs living in snowy environments.
@@cezannejimenez7164 good choices. My personal top faves are T-Rex, pyroraptor, giganotosaur and dilophasaur
Part of the reason you guys should have watched the extended version is because it answers more questions and has a few scenes that are really good. The reason there are so many dinosaurs all around is because people are breeding them all over now.
The reason why every reactor I wish watched the extended version but they never do
@@neuroticplays I know it they had so many questions that would have been answered with the extended version
also, before Fallen kingdom released, I think there was a twitter post from either the director or producer (no idea where to find it now) that Jurassic World had at least a few males for controlled breeding programs, and considering the sheer amount of babies in the Gentle Giants Petting Zoo, this (to me at least) would be a more cost effective way to maintain the populations of already existing species, so scientists can focus their efforts/budget more on discovering/creating new species, so when the park went down, a lot of Dinosaurs were probably breeding during the 3 years leading to the eruption (which would explain the presence of the baby Triceratops and several juvenile Allosaurus), let alone 4 years on the mainland
Alan didn’t go to the same island twice. He went to two islands, once each time.
Isla nublar and Isla sorna
@@aquatadevore9335 Right
Funny enough that was a plot point in the 3rd movie which makes the mistaken memory all the funnier 🤣
Mr/Mrs Kirby: Like oh hey you've been here!
Alan "i have regrets" Grant: uh... no I haven't 😢
Great watch. The blood transfusion was from the T-Rex to the raptor (Blue). Remember Blue was shot and Claire had to jump on the back of the T-Rex to get her blood. Also, it was mentioned that some of the dinosaurs were brought from Isla Sorna. Isla Nublar is the island which Jurassic Park and Jurassic World were built on. That's also the same island which the volcano erupted.
he said it with so much certainty 😂
I loved seeing Rexy meet the Buck and Doe Tyrannosaurs from The Lost World: Jurassic Park.
Can we address that “I watched a python vomit a goat” line that Jane said randomly
Someone who listens to me ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
39:30 That’s Pyroraptor, the fire thief. Yes it’s related to Velociraptor.
I hope they make more Jurassic park movies. I know this is supposed to be the final one, but They're all entertaining and fun to watch. Just hope if they ever do make more. they focus on making a good story/film and not be brainwashed by just $$$$$$$$$$. Also Blue is just the best Raptor ever.
20:42 Jane, you were right! Blue was given a blood transfusion with T-Rex blood, because it was the closest relative on the ship - three-clawed predator.
Rexy has two fingers on each hand though, I saw a video ages ago that suggested a better blood match would have been in fact a Gallimimus.
Blue did indeed have the blood transfusion from the T-Rex when she was shot on the island in the second film. Dodson is the man who went to meet Nedry and gave him the barbasol can to store the stolen embryos in Jurassic Park. Remember Nedry shouted, "Dodson! We have Dodson here! See? Nobody cares!" Kinda funny you think the locusts level of manipulation wouldn't happen in agriculture. Look up Monsanto and their practices sometime :D It was indeed confirmed to be Rexy in the film.
Disappointing you didn't watch the extended cut. Has one of the best openings and you get some extra scenes that make the pacing better and Dodgson's goals are explained far better in a new scene.
We need some horror reactions now, Jane being jumpy is tooooo funny xD
It actually did snow during the age of the Dinos! there are a lot of famous dinosaurs known to be adapted to cold weather, living in Canada, Northern US, and Russia:)
Actually there's no real evidence of there being snow back in those days.
@@Xenosaurian Yes there is. Geologists can use rock and soil samples to understand a whole lot about an area. From temperature to rain fall to the biome, studying the rocks a fossil is surrounded by tells you a lot about where it lived. How do you think we know anything about the environments from back then?
@@dinobro5242 Don't try to act like I don't already know that, but there is no evidence of snow occurring at least prior to Quaternary or Cenozoic strata in general.
@@Xenosaurian and why did they have feathers than
@@GodzillaXEditz What are you talking about?
Y'all should watch the extended version
The fin-backed lizard-looking creatures in the mine are called Dimetrodon, a synapsid more related to us mammals than dinosaurs. Never to be confused with the Spinosaurus.
The little crested dinosaur is called Dilophosaurus. You can tell by the 2 crests it was named after.
The head-butty guy as you called it is called Stygimoloch.
The red raptor is called Pyroraptor. The blocky-headed species in Malto is Atrociraptor.
The big guy with the claws is Therizinosaurus. Herbivore, territorial.
The horned dinosaur among the elephants is Sinoceratops, not Triceratops. You can tell by one horn, the trike had three.
The dinosaur that was swimming under the ice was Pyroraptor.
54:56 Bruh......-,- It's really Rexy in both the deer stealing scene and this final battle scene. Lmao.
You can't see her scars in this battle because the scene is too dark. You should get this scene to brighten it up. You'll see that she still has the scars. Pls. Stop trying to think that this T. Rex isn't Rexy. Because it's literally Rexy.
44:00 Those are Dimetrodon. They are 100% carnivorous. These reptiles lived millions of years before the first dinosaurs are are more closely related to mammals.
Dodson being killed the same way Dennis Nedry was in the first movie is karma since he was the one who sent Nedry to get the dino embryos in the original.
You guys should’ve reacted to the extended edition its a bit better and has a cool opening scene
Plus, I feel like Ramsey (Mamoudou Athie's character) had more scenes in the extended version. While not action-packed, they certainly gave him a lot more depth.
(At 27:42) The Alpha's name is Red.
Awesome! Thank you for reacting to this one! I had my doubts before watching this in the theater last year, but it ended up being a good one! 👍👍👍👍👍
That big bird thing is a Thierizionsaur. Despite its looks it's actually an herbivore (at best omnivore) that eats plants and insects and maybe rodents but it don't hunt
There were a lot of dinosaurs that were bought by other countries before Owen crashed the party in the last movie So I think the thing was a lot of them were replicated and they had more releases and stuff like that. But the same time the dinosaurs reproduced very quickly because of ingen And they mature insanely quickly so whereas the average dinosaur wouldn't have been able to have kids for like 10 years now they're having them in two
The Barbasol can Dodgson has is the same one from Jurassic Park! Dodgson found it when he visited Isla Nublar in Jurassic World Camp Cretaceous.
I think there were a lot more dinosaurs that scaped, in the last movie, they interrupted the auction midway and they had enough time to sell a lot. In many cases people got pairs and breed them. Others were able to copy the technology and create more. And if you remember many of the buyers were foreigners so they probably took them around the world.
Now, if we remember the raptors were able to have many eggs and probably all other dinosaurs can just like crocodiles.
In the case of Blue, it is very strange that she was able to have a baby but... raptors are not even like that so I could see the possibility hahaha
Blue _was_ made using Monitor lizard DNA, and they're known to lay fertile eggs without a mate.
Reptiles can asexually reproduce but the chances are *extremely* rare and 9/10 any eggs produced by that clutch are duds. It is a very rare case that any of the asexually produced eggs actually have an embyro
Fact : Real Giganotosaurus(Giga) bigger than Trex but smaller than Spinosaurus

🎵 We've come a long way from where began, oh, I'll tell you all about it when I see you again🎵
We know that a lot of dinosaurs had feathers, because feather imprints are left in some fossils, and because some dinosaurs had knobs on their arm bones where feathers would have grown.
And the dinosaur that ate the mouse and the one that swatted the deer are two different ones: Moros and Therizinosaurus.
(At 29:22) and the white one that _almost_ made in on the plane is Ghost.
(At 25:38) Took me a while to get the Atrociraptor names right.
54:58 That is the same T-rex from Jurassic Park, Jurassic World, and Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom.
Aaaaaaaaaugh!!!!!!! You did not watch the Extended Edition!!!!!!! Auuugh!!!!🤯😭
(At 43:42) these were my 2nd favorite dinosaurs as a kid after the stegosaurus, The Dimetrodon.
The first is utahraptor and the second is pyroraptor swimming 😂
ark is an amazing game. i love it
(At 28:07) The first one pursuing Owen on the motorcycle is Panthera.
I love this channel.
For future reference, those aren’t cameo’s. A cameo is when it’s a short part for that character. They brought all 3 main cast back for full parts so it’s not a cameo.
But, there were other actors who did play cameos
The dinosaur Claire encountered was a Therizinosaurus, a territorial herbivore with foot long claws.

I love Jurassic World Dominion so much and I love the fact we got to see the original trio and the new trio in the same movie!! I also the addition of feathered dinosaurs in the franchise!! It's been a fun journey watching your reactions to the whole Jurassic franchise!
Good reaction! Jane was funny as always. Surprisingly, JV had something in this one that made me facepalm a couple of times 🤣😂. Nevertheless, a very fun time. Also, yes... When Ian Malcolm calls him Dodgson, it's because he was briefly in the 1993 film. In the original Jurassic Park, Dodgson was the shady CEO who bribed Dennis Nedry into stealing dino embryos in exchange for a huge payday, and Ian lets him know that he knows. And after all he dies the same as Nedry.
Honestly, I think Blue and Owen looking into each others' eyes fits a bit better than Blue sorta coming over for a head pat or something.
Owen *always* knew that even with their strong bond, Blue is a *very* wild animal still.
Blue coming back for a moment, after making sure her child is safe, and looking at Owen like that.. gets me every damn time.. 😭
Thanks for the video!! See you later!! Stay safe.😊
(At 26:30) _This_ one is Tiger.
(At 45:23) It's not the paralysis, it's the blinding!
I saw it on cinema
Yes. That IS definitely Rexy ❤
Justin: Jurassic Park, Jurassic World, then what's next?
Me: Jurassic Universe?
Jane: Jurassic Universe!
Me: WTF AM I PSYCHIC!?
Isn't Dodgson a throwback to the first Jurassic Park movie? The one Nedry, the computer guy, was a spy for?
39:00 - "I turn my logic brain off" is what the screenwriter told himself before going to work :D
A film for you both called....somewhere in time. Staring Christopher Reeve and Jane Seymour 😭❤😇👏🙌👍🎉
I’m so happy that you enjoyed it though ❤😊
(At 21:59) blending… in in a black market?
(At 20:35) Yes.
You should’ve watched the extended edition!!!
Loved your guys togetherness as a couple. That wonderful interracial dynamic is visible rare in the U.S.
I loved Dominion hubby and I went to see it when it was in theaters. It was a great end to the series and loved the nostalgia.
No It Wasn't This Movie Was Horrible And It's Not As Good As All 5 Films
@@CarmeloMurrayFisher145 that’s your opinion, I disagree
@@LifeWithHeather818 And Yo Comment Don't Even Make Sense LMAO 🤣🤣🤣🤣 AND LIKE I SAID BEFORE THIS MOVIE WAS ABSOLUTELY RETARTED AND IT'S NOT AS GOOD AS ALL 5 FILMS LOL 💀🤣😂😆 YOU MAD STAY MAD
@@CarmeloMurrayFisher145 who said i was mad, you’re stating an opinion just saying I disagree with your opinion. And my comment makes perfect sense, if you don’t get it well don’t know what to tell you 🤷🏻♀️ Have a nice day!
🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
The pterodactyl that attacked the plane in 35:07 is a Quetzalcoatlus. Named after the Aztec God, Quetzalcoatl, they were the largest of the pterasaur(pterodactyl) species, with a wingspan of 50 feet. They were alive during the late cratacious period, right before the KT extinction event would wipe the dinosaurs out. I have a drawing I made of a Quetzalcoatlus in one of my art videos on my channel. These animals were amazing!
There’s many things to consider when it comes to the amount of dinosaurs, many where sold and shipped off before they were released from the manor, there’s also many organisations that would breed and clone more, not to mention the number of dinosaurs that would escaped the island to the mainland(many dinosaurs were good swimmers) and lastly it’s naive to think that Hill/Lockwood would’ve been the only ones to capture the dinosaurs before the volcano erupted as they would’ve been many groups of multiple motivations that would gone there.
Fun fact that after this movie came out in theaters, the Indianapolis child museum had a dinosaur exhibit that was awesome. They have so many different fossils and was able to touch the nail of the therizinosaur. Was a great experience and got to talk with a couple of paleontologists too. Would love to go visit again
Jane was right about the transfusion tho, Justin. Remember Claire had to get on that sleeping Rex in the last one & get the blood they later used to give to Blue after she was shot. So it was T-Rex blood used.
This film had some good moments. But anyway, great reaction! 👍🏿
As soon as Dr. Ian Malcolm said "Dodgeson", it hit me. Holy crap! Dodgeson from Jurassic Park! Thats the guy Nedry was working with!
I dont care what some people say, I looooooved all 6 movies!! It has dinos, it has people, it has Blue, it kills off bad people (mostly, except some of the heroes who had to die TT ). I wouldn't even care if they make 6 more of these movies lol. Would love more of Blue, the OG cast and Owen and Claire too.
Beautiful reaction you guys! Made it seem as if I am rewatching the movies with you irl. Also the reactions were so real and just what I had when I watched them the first time
Blue did get a blood transfusion from the T-Rex. When both were on the ship in the 2nd film, Fallen Kingdom. During the mass evacuation. After Blue was shot, the female Vet needed blood. So Bryce Dallas Howard & Chris Pratt took blood from the T-Rex while the T-Rex was unconscious & chained down.
no im pretty sure they took trex blood for blue
They look different because they are a different type of Raptor. There are many different kinds
No Blue took blood from the T-Rex.
No Dino’s are warm blooded.. like birds
If you remember from the last movie, a lot of dinosaurs were sold to different people in different countries, so yes, the dinosaurs would be all over the world
I always watch the extended edition, it flows a bit better and Dodgson's motivations are further explored.
The final chapter in the JURASSIC Saga.
I wish this was the Extended Cut, where the 6 minute opening, which premiered during F9, takes us back in time to the age of the dinosaurs, where we see Brachiosaurus, Nasutoceratops, Quetzalcoatlus, Pteranodon, and Oviraptor. Suddenly an Iguanodon gets spooked by a Giganotosaurus which then fights Rexy's ancestor, who then loses to the Giga. 65 million years later, Rexy is chased by a helicopter from the California Wildlife Reserve to a drive in movie, scaring the partons. One of the Park rangers tries to shoot Rexy with a tranquilizer gun, but misses. They lose track of her, with the ranger saying, "I don't see her, do you see her!? Where did she go!?"
The pilot says to him, "Relax kid, she's not gonna run forever."
This sets off the events of JURASSIC WORLD DOMINION.
Yes I play Ark and nearly every Dino I’m the game can be tamed
Oh dang I’m never 8 min ago early!
Oh nooo! You need to watch the extended edition! It is FAR superior to the theatrical version!
She used trex blood and put it in blue
I hate it when people joke and insult films they miss thing's they saw other 4 films and know what is to come i never understand why people watch films only to moan all way through i know before anyone says this is just how they feel about film and they probably don't watch as a die hard fan but still 5 film in they should know if they are bothered about em
AMAZING EVERYONE'S BACK GENERATIONS - TO JURASSIC WORLD DOMINION (2022 ) FILM !!!!
The dinosaurs aren't just destroying things. They're highly territorial, therefore, after they destroy the object or creature, they no longer care.
With all due respect, when you said that "Animals don't act like that" you clearly haven't been around many animals. :P
Animals, especially those that are extremely territorial, often attack "without reason."
For example, Anteaters, Rhinos, and Zebras are known to attack anything on sight. Anteaters and Zebras have put zookeepers into the hospital and Anteaters have straight up murked zookeepers.
I’m so mad and sad and disappointed that you didn’t watch the Extended Edition!
Can you do please a godzilla reaction? All monarch movies I mean
There was a movie called Multiplicity. It starred Michael Keaton as the man who had the many clones.
58:33 as a matter of fact they announced a seventh movie coming July 2, 2025. It’s called Jurassic World: Rebirth and stars Scarlett Johansson.
Yess!! I have been waiting for this video to come out!! Love u guys
The dinosaur with the long claws is called a Therazinosaurus.
They're herbivores. But don't mess with them, or they'll shank you with those six foot claws 😎🤙🏾
Pyroraptor was a swimmer after all people
The dinosaurs dont just attack for no reason. U heard of territory, dinos protects their and that bird looking dinosaur killed the deer because it was eating its plants im sure and in his or her territory.
You guys should do the monsterverse movie after this one!
It’s great to see the new cast old cast even rexy meeting the buck and doe
You know what? I've seen this film multiple times and I think I just realized when Malcolm said "Dodson" I believe was the name of the guy who Newman met to get that the transporter for the embryos. Remember when he says "Dodson! We got Dodson here! Nobody cares." So now I'm asking..... is that the same guy?? I forgot Newman's name in Jurassic Park but Seinfeld fans should understand.
The Dino that killed the deer is a herbivore but very territorial
