Ark isnt supposed to be accurate to the real dinos that lived.

I feel like the spino is the third strongest tameable creature in ark he’s so fricking backslapping Dino’s Face

Spino is really strong against small/medium dinos because of its knockback, but it struggles againts large foes
Spinos are only "good" when they're in areas with water. Anywhere without water they're nearly useless
