Interesting design. To make use of all that volume, it seems a ported head would be needed anyways leading one to likely get a side draft manifold. Maybe this will help cool cylinder 6 down by providing more air but a raised grid plate will help that.

Why not prove your product by dynoing with stock and then with the BD intake back to back? Show us the money!
You won’t see probably any gain, this is for big turbo set ups
How do you alleviate the CEL from removing the grid heater? And what if you truck is highly reliant on the grid heater?
I have mine turned off with efi

I have seen a mod from GDP to put a 6.7 intake on to a 5.9 (bolt on). It can likely be made to work on a 6.7.
