Todoroki Is The MOST CHILL S Tier! My Hero Ultra Rumble

Shoto Todoroki may be one of the most un talked about S Tiers! This could be because his lack of vertical movement but that can easily be made up for by his INSANE Gamma Quirk! It has a crazy Radius at Level 9 and even if you miss... sometimes you just don't. On top of doing Crazy Damage it keeps your opponent Frozen were you can then blast them 3 times with your Alpha doing Crazy Damage almost 1 Shotting the opponent. If you have a higher Damaging Teammate sometimes if the opponent gets hit they will just get 1 shot!

I ran out of time for more than one game today but I'll make sure to have at least 2 in tomorrows Upload! Also Todoroki's Gamma gives me nightmares I was playing a game of Iida last night and Used my Alpha up into the sky over it and I froze mid air and fell back down😂

I highly agree that denki shock and todoroki freeze should make you stun for only 2 seconds max. 😭
