2019 and Up RAM 5th Gen 1500 Harmon Kardon Subwoofer Installation Harness with Converter

One of our more popular products we make is our series of interface harnesses that allow the plug-n-play installation of a subwoofer line out converter on the 2019-up Ram 5th Gen 1500 trucks that have the Harman Kardon sound system in it. This factory premium audio system has a subwoofer behind the back seat on the Passenger's side of the truck.
Installation is easy enough. You can remove the seat to get to the enclosure, or you can simply lift the carpeted panel up in front of the enclosure and get to the plug there. Our harness plugs into that plug for the audio signal for the converter. The other run of wires on the harness are for power, ground and remote turn on for the new amplifier. Since the remote turn on has to go to the new amplifier anyway, we get out power and ground there from the new amplifier. This makes for a simple installation.
This harness also comes with our ANC bypass harness, and installation is super simple. The factory amplifier is under the Driver's seat and can be accessed by simply sliding the seat all the way forward. There are three plugs on the factory amplifier and ours only fits one of them. Unplug it, and plug ours in between the factory plug and the amplifier, and that is it. Now the ANC is bypassed. And yes, you will have to bypass the ANC system if you install a new subwoofer.
We also have options for upgrading the converter on this harness to add a subwoofer level knob, or if you would rather have an AudioControl LC2i or Epicenter Micro, or a Wavtech LinkDQ. All solid choices with different benefits.
