First day of my Dragon Holidays Event this year, 2023. The very first game we're playing is Day of Dragons!

i would like to see more videos on Day Of Dragons, there isnt much to do atm but there will be a big update next year with a bigger map and more dragons to play with. I would be happy to help with anything in game, like explaning some stuff.

So cool to see you playing Day of Dragons. After SoD died, I've had my eye on the game, though I'm waiting until the 1.0 update in February to possibly get it.
I love this game! You should play and wait around for 1.0 update (Coming next year) when the map gets totally revamped with cool new dragon and monster-like species!

"Loyal devs" isn't what I would use. Did you not hear about how the main dev was being extremely sketchy? Go search up "day of dragons scam".
A friend gifted me this game 2 years ago and i only played it once, I had alot of fun with it. Maybe it's time to dive back in and see what's new from the last time I played it.
Could be worth getting used to the controls before the full game drops early next year

i know i’m alittle late, but yeah, i have the game, it’s a really fun game, when you do PvP it’s fun and yet frustrating, from what i saw, you tried US-4, my home server. PvE is mainly just getting different skins, and stats to show off. if you really want the survival experience, i would suggest a PvP server, or wait until the 1.0 update comes out.
(beware that PvP has many hackers/baby killers/ people who will chase you across the map only to kill you)

Hi I just found your channel and I’m happy to see so much dragon content! I’ve played a lot of the games shown in your dragon holiday series and the channel in general. I will say that you should give Day of Dragons another try after the release update in February. It will add a lot of the things you’re looking for (based on what you said in the Draconia video). From that point it will be out of early access but they will continue to release more content updates with additional creatures and biomes.
Also if you don’t want to be a baby, don’t join the official servers. The player hosted servers will grow your dragon to adult for you instantly.
I was a beta tester for Dragon Creek. The game had a lot more planned for it but sadly the dev didn’t have the funds. The game holds a lot of memories for me and I hope you enjoy training the ultimate dragon :D

NEWS ABOUT THE GAME (SPOLIERS): The full playable game will be released on February 17th of 2024!! Along with this update there will be new UI and systems like, genetics and mutations!! There will also be new regurgitation animations for each dragon. There is going to be new elements for each dragon. As of now the developers have only finished 6 new dragons and plan to add more. The developers will plan to start from scratch and redo the entire map of the Forgotten Forrest and they plan to add a mega map. Can't wait!

Pvp in this game is brutal, there are also many griefers that essentially break the game (spawn killers) as well. Also, please be aware that at least in the global chats for day of dragons, you'll see a lot of swearing especially in pvp (mostly because people don't like to die so quickly, the game is not balanced very well for pvp). pve is alot more chill experience for the game, and to learn it without the fear of death. The next update for day of dragon is coming in February on the 15th i believe. 5 new dragons, and a cosmetic bio dragon that cannot attack but is ridiculously fast, new Ui and the map is being redone along with the rest of the game in unreal engine 5 so you'll need some decent specs on your computer to run it.
The community is generally very nice in pve servers, you'll find plenty of players willing to help new players/hatchlings, there's nothing in the game that teaches you anything so you have to learn it yourself, there is also the eldering system which is eating mushrooms for the specific dragon you are playing (ASD or Acid Spitter Drake, SS dragon or Shadow Scale, FS or Flame Stalker dragon) you need to eat a lot of them in order to elder your dragon and be the best you can be so far in the game (which for pve servers is obtaining new skins/crafting them with decent stats depending on who you are nesting for), and eating the mushrooms to elder/chill/hangout (it's honestly almost like a chatroom in a way). I forgot to mention the next update does fix some rather known issues that i mentioned above for pvp (the griefers thing) so you can be new and not die so quickly. It's all mentioned on the day of dragons steam page for anyone to read more about the game at your leisure.

it was my most popular game without a doubt, however I could have done more to ensure my own survival. I pretty much left the platform for 2 months right after the game closed, time that I could have used to build a bridge to new content, so that may prove fatal for my channel. I'm doing this Holiday thing as a last resort and if it fails, well then, maybe it's time for me to move on from this channel 😄
