01:07 - 01:23 "When you're driving a car and you come to a stop sign, your first priority is to look for pedestrians. And when you're looking for pedestrians, you're looking for them first in the right corner of your car because that's where they will be closest to you". Wouldn't a pedestrian coming from the right side be the farthest from the driver? I figured a pedestrian coming from the left would be closest to the driver since the driver is on the left as well. Another great lesson, thanks a lot, Jacqueline!
While driving on the right hand side of the road, the steering is on the left and driver sits on the left-hand side of the car. Basically, the car is closest to the pedestrian in the right if you are driving on the right-hand side of the road, thus more risk to the pedestrian to the right. I hope it clears it :).
When you are constantly scanning it's hard to say you "only" look RLR, then LRL. But when I stop at the stop line, I just scan LRL for both cars and pedestrians at the same time. But then I'll look R again before I'm half way through the intersection, before continuing with scanning. I probably scan/look LRLRLRLRLR approaching and crossing each intersection, head on a swivel.

Thank you Jacquiline for clear undestanding of R-L-R and L-R-L for pedestrian (1st Priority) and then for cars coming in i.e. ready to go for.
Passed my test yesterday, but will continue to support your channel. Thank you ❤️
Definitely going to make sure I'm more diligent about scanning next time I'm at an intersection! Thanks for the video!
Thank you so much for these videos . I passed my driver’s test today on the first try 🎊🎊.
Thanks, you have nicely explained why to look for R-L-R and then for L-R-L for pedestrian and for cars coming into

Can you make more videos for stop signs and interactions?
