This really reminds me of being a schoolchild in Italy in the 70s - interminable dictation! But unlike most things that remind me of childhood, it made me smile ☺ The apostrophe is one of the hardest things, it caught me out every time. I didn't make too many mistakes when typing on my phone (I don't have a Cyrillic keyboard yet) but my handwriting is terrible, and soooo slow... I even have a handwriting exercise book, I need to go back to it.
