That's great to hear. For BURN you will need a set of dumbbells as well as your jump rope. I use a light and heavier set depending on the exercise. Excited to see what you think of the program. Enjoy 💦💪
Great job! And yes the slow way is the fast way when approaching this 60 Minute Workout. Don't jump until you feel pain, take rest days and give your lower body a good stretch at the end of every workout. I don't leave the gym until I have completed my daily stretches its a non negotiable as my body reminds me when I don't do it.

It only took me three months of physical and mental training but I got through it! And I learned the side side jump move! This was an absolute blast and burner! So thankful to you all! 🩶🤍❄️
