3 years ago I noticed with a friend of mine that chinese were showing more and more signs of unrest.
Trusting the people, I betted that in less than 10 years, the tables would have turned on the chinese government.
My friend said "Impossible, China gets richer and richer"

The more they become a modern country, the more people realize it's fruit of their efforts. The citizens have more and more responsibilities but not a single right more. In the end, well educated people always start a revolt, in the end. Thanks once again for your precise coverage. The situation as I see it is that the general Chinese population - i.e. people who are just trying to live a 'normal' life and are not employed as members of the security forces etc. - these people have become so used to accepting the massive CCP lie, that the CCP has the answer to all their problems, and that they simply have to trust the CCP to maintain a stable, prosperous society. SO - when these people are e.g. deprived of their freedom by being caged in to their appartment blocks during yet another zero Covid lockdown, resulting in the deaths of many through lack of food or medical care - or when their bank accounts are frozen, and they are suddenly not allowed to access their own money - and a whole host of other outrages - these people suddenly 'surprise' themselves, finding that they have become part of a protest - such as the ones you show here - protests that are brutally put down by the CCP thugs (to use your accurate term). By 'surprise' I mean that the idea of protest is essentially foreign to them - the idea of democratic protest is not in the normal Chinese popular culture, as it is in the West. You can see this in the way they back off in that shot where those gangs of white-shirted thugs lay into them during the bank protest - most of those people there are innocent, and don't really understand what's going on at all. So although they do protest, there is no real organisation behind it, and ultimately they accept the crack-down upon them, and go home (if they're able to). Until there is forceful, organised protest in China, there will be no change - because the people have become so conditioned to accept things as they are, sanctioned by the evil CCP. The 'answer' to this seems to imply one thing only - massive bloodshed on the streets, before any change can happen. It seems incredible that Tianmen Square happened so long ago - with thousands of innocent people murdered, young students shot to death and their parents billed by the CCP for the cost of the bullets that killed them - and yet still no social change has happened in China. The CCP stands as a monument of profound evil in this world, as Stalin did in Russia - posing an extreme danger not only to their own people but to the rest of the world, because nothing is more dangerous than fanatical ideology - backed in China's case by deep-seated corruption. We can only hope that the serious internal social and environmental problems affecting China will 'force the moment to its crisis' - and destroy the strangle-hold that this monstrous party has upon its own people.

While I respect this channel, I need to say in all fairness, at least in this news, there is mild twisting of fact. "one out of five" people aged between "16 and 24" is out of job. Age of 16 is not a working age. If they can project the jobless statistics of people between 25 and 35, it will give a more meaningful presentation of job situation. Just my two cents.
