  • In this episode, we look at a few live streams I have done recently and the lessons learnt, especially from streaming a 4 hour long Lawn Bowls game.

Friday Night 4 hour Live Stream Lilydale v Clayton Premier League

    Lessons:
When it's windy, Gaff everything down.
You need a lot of charge/power for a long live stream.
Commentator make the game. Ideally 1 video director and 2 commentators.
    Need better/dedicated internet, maybe 4/5G.
Having Music playing causes issues with Copyright Strikes.
We need a better commentary/microphone system.
Facebook has a time limit for live streams
Having wired Ethernet PTZ (pan/Tilt/Zoom) cameras would be awesome, but there needs to be a ROI.
