If you have an Aldi supermarket get the dry homemade pasta it used to be 99 cents a bag now $2.49. They have a few types but it is very good. Also their meat sauce for $1.49 is the best I have found. Just made me think of it and thought I would share that the way you enjoyed your pasta.
I find the choice to not warm the bread so unusual. The consensus of the reviewers I have seen is that everyone wishes that delicious looking bread could be gently heated to put it over the top to legendary status. Mysterious, indeed!
Perfect timing. My daughter and I have a reservation for dinner at Topolino's Terrace later this week. I am really looking forward to this meal as it will be our first time there for dinner. I may have to order the tomato soup appetizer based on your recommendation. Thank you!
Hi Kristen! The crab and uni tomato soup sounds delicious! 🔥 I really want to try the ricotta and bread appetizer! Really really really. 🤣 The riggies look good too. Thank you for bringing us along! 💜
Yay! Lisa has a new top five espresso martini! The bread is meant to look like "a sheaf (or sheaves) of wheat". Ancient measuring system. Kudos on the pairing the ricotta starter and bread. It's life changing.
This is going on my must do list! Great review! I love seeing you enjoy your food. The fish stew is French and pronounced boo- ya-bays. Accent on boo. Thanks for another great video!
Cool to see a detailed dinner review from here! I feel like i've mostly seen breakfast reviews. We love breakfast there- gonna have to do dinner next time, that pasta sounds heavenly!! And you're killing it in the Golden Hour lighting! 😊
I think you mentioned at the D23 expo how members on the food panel (among other Disney staff) said they review customer feedback on UA-cam etc and they should be watching your videos. You have stellar input that’s both genuine and thorough, and you make the effort to try everything (but also given that you are a food channel- which I love!). Just a brief appreciation comment.
I love most everything on the starter menu. Also the Modern Fashioned is one of the best old Fashioned riffs on property, the French Rose is a wonderful, light and refreshing cocktail, Chris and Gabriel are fantastic bartenders. When Topolino's first opened they did use the bar space outside, and the terrace is a great place to watch the sunset.
I’ve never had an espresso martini but you have me wanting to try one! We love Topolinos! Took my daughter there for her 19th birthday and it was a huge hit!
Yes, Topolino's is my favorite Disney restaurant, both for breakfast and for dinner. I enjoyed this review. I have not tried the rigatoni there yet, but your review has tempted me to try it next time I am there. Great video, thanks!
Perfect timing- we are heading down this October with a split stay at Riviera- we have a reservation for dinner but thinking about canceling and booking the dolphin encounter at living with the seas.
I went to flying fish based on your review and I loved the food and service! I'll be in Disney next week and will try to hit topolino's at the bar/lounge. The food looks great!
Try the Salted Caramel Marscapone Foam Espresso Martini at Narcoosee's if you have not already. I dream about it. I have tried recreating it, but I haven't nailed it quite yet
I don't know anything about anything but, I could swear the theming (at least on the roof in this restaurant) looks the same as that communicore thrift shop.
The food looks great but not family friendly. It might be ok for a couple but not for a family of 4! The menu looks pricey and not worth it to me. It was fun watching you try some of the items though!😋😋🤑🤑
I wish you were able to get half portions, but they unfortunately don't do that at Disney World restaurants. I took the rest home & ate it for lunch the next evening.
I've never had lemon with Epresso but apparently, it's a thing called an Espresso Romano - I'm in the UK and not entirely sure how Costa is going to feel about my next coffee order! ☕🍋
Did we see you going into Coronado yesterday we were sure you would post a resort tour of grand destino today maybe that wasn't you since this is Rivera 🤦♀️😂😂😂😂
sooo ill be at BWV for a night in Dec. right now planning Flying Fish (loved the steak) and an expresso martini. and Belle Vue for one. not sure if ill get to Wine Bar but also see Narcoosees for an expresso Martini. so out of those which do you think
@@wrightdownmainstreet I am planning dinner rez for November soon and looking to dine at Amore or Il Mulino - I do appreciate the honest food reviews. Keep up good work 😊
Skip the booze! $17 for an underpoured drink? In fact, skip the Disney experience altogether. What a rip off! Disney is pricing itself out of most people's budgets. Ridiculous! You can find better food at Golden Corral for one-third the price. No thanks!👎
My entire family watches your videos! So fun! Thanks for the hard work!
Thanks for watching Rodriguez fam!
Your vlogs are so enjoyable! Love your attention to detail! Always a pleasure to watch!

If I ever make it here I will ask if they can heat it. Glad to get the heads up
Typically bread at signature restaurants is warm so not sure why they don’t here
Perfect timing. My daughter and I have a reservation for dinner at Topolino's Terrace later this week. I am really looking forward to this meal as it will be our first time there for dinner. I may have to order the tomato soup appetizer based on your recommendation. Thank you!
Enjoy!! Let me know how you guys like it
It was so nice to meet you there! Love the video, can’t believe I was in the background!
Great to meet you! Hope you enjoyed your meal

A very nice selection of food. They all look delicious 😋! A wonderful view as well. Thanks for sharing!
Thanks for watching!!

Hi Kristen!
Dinner at Topolino’s looked absolutely amazing! 🤩🍽️😋
We love the Riviera ❤
Another great review Kristen 👏. Thoroughly enjoyed your commentary from start to finish. Thanks again for letting us join you for dinner 😁
Thanks so much!
Love when soup is poured right at the table! Makes it taste even better!! Definitely adding this restaurant to my list for the next visit😊
Right!?

Both breakfast & dinner are worth a stop!

Exactly. Kristen comes across as confident and authentic. She is a true gem.

I want to stop at the bar one of these days and diver deeper into the drinks. I have never had a bad cocktail at Riviera
Next time you must order the rigatoni!

I have this booked for my 40th Birthday. Sounds like I picked the right spot
I went to flying fish based on your review and I loved the food and service! I'll be in Disney next week and will try to hit topolino's at the bar/lounge. The food looks great!
My server recommended the gnocchi when I went a couple weeks ago and it was one of my fav things I ate the whole trip. Absolutely unreal
Yum! Thanks for another great video. Bull-yeah-base (fish stew). 😉 Stay awesome ❤
Yeah the way I thought that was pronounced was nowhere close to that 😅😅
I loved the breakfast here! I haven't eaten dinner yet but it looks amazing.
Guuuurrlll Golden hour looks good on you!! Also that soup and the pasta looks amazing!! Adding this place to my "must eat" list
Hahaa thanks Angie!
Love this place!
my daughters and granddaughters love the breakfast..well worth it..i love your videos..
Thank you! Topolino's breakfast is so fun
Love this place and great vlog - keep up the great work and love watching the videos over here in 🇬🇧.
Appreciate it Matthew 🙌🏼
That pasta looks amazing.
Oh 31k 🎉 well done
Thanks! 😃
I really want to try the Murder Bread!! That crisp, but soft…yummmmm
I don’t know if you’ve ever tried it but to dip bread, put balsamic with your olive oil then dip. This is amazing.
Yes I love balsamic! I'm sure they would be able to give you some for bread if you ask. Didn't even think of it
@@wrightdownmainstreet it is the best bread dip ever! I could eat it all day!
Yay! The Riviera!
But honestly, if I took my kid to Topolino’s and there weren’t any characters, I’d be in trouble. 😂
quick answer: yes, it is the best restaurant in WDW - - well ok maybe next to Sanaa. But still
Try the Salted Caramel Marscapone Foam Espresso Martini at Narcoosee's if you have not already. I dream about it. I have tried recreating it, but I haven't nailed it quite yet
I have tried it! It was good but I didn’t love it as much as I thought I would
Dinner at Topolino's is easily one of the BEST meals I've ever eaten!
The bread is in the shape of wheat. It's meta bread.
Paper plane is my favorite cocktail of all time. So surprised to see it on the menu and cant wait to try it
Ohhh never heard of it! Sounds interesting though
I had never heard of this but the Office Ladies talked about it on their podcast this week too! Going to have to try a paper plane.
Great review!
Thanks Alyssa!
I need to go to this restaurant!!!
I don't know anything about anything but, I could swear the theming (at least on the roof in this restaurant) looks the same as that communicore thrift shop.
It is definitely a lot nicer inside of Topolino's 😂
You’re one of my favorite UA-camrs…but rih-cotta?? Someone from NY/NJ should know it’s ri-gawt!!!! 😂😅
I’m sorry I’m sorry!! 😅😅
The food looks great but not family friendly. It might be ok for a couple but not for a family of 4! The menu looks pricey and not worth it to me. It was fun watching you try some of the items though!😋😋🤑🤑
I know it sounds daft but why pay 40 dollars for a pasta dish take a couple of bites and leave it could you have not asked for a smaller portion?x
She probably took the rest home..
i'm sure she took the rest home since she lives locally. you have to eat something the next day anyway haha
@@SimbaOne1 I love when I have enough food for the next day. Sometimes it tastes even better when your taste buds have the time to rest
I wish you were able to get half portions, but they unfortunately don't do that at Disney World restaurants. I took the rest home & ate it for lunch the next evening.
glad it wasnt wasted looked too good!@wrightdownmainstreet

👀👀👀 coming soon
California Grill is way better

My faves out of the ones you listed were Wine Bar George & Belle Vue!
You should try Ravello at the 4 Seasons!
I almost went there instead of Topolino’s last night! So hopefully soon
@@wrightdownmainstreet can't wait to see it!! I don't even consider myself a foodie but I LOVE your honesty and your content in general ❤️
Lewis Donald Perez Jennifer Martin Thomas
You dont remember it being that lemony? I thought the dish was "new to you"
I said the tomato soup was new to me. I mentioned the ricotta was a fave/ go to of mine!
No characters at dinner? False. I have eaten there many times. 😂
🤔🤔🤔
Kristen How does this restaurant compare to Il Mullino at Swan/Dolphin?
I haven't been to Il Mulino in a VERY long time. Sounds like I need to make my way back.
@@wrightdownmainstreet I am planning dinner rez for November soon and looking to dine at Amore or Il Mulino - I do appreciate the honest food reviews. Keep up good work 😊

Bouillabaisse is pronounced boo-yah-bays.
The entire menu is available at the bar fyi
