of case to Court
of Session when
offence is
triable
exclusively by
it.

भारत को पुलिस स्टेट बनाया जा रहा है ।
मुर्ख आदमी २०० साल पुराने कानूनों में भारत पुलिस स्टेट नहीं था अब हो गया। मतलब अंग्रेजों ने जो कानून बनाए थे वो सही थे? किसी ने बोल दिया और तुमने यहां चेप दिया?

@@sanam7161 पुलिस के अधिकारों में बढ़ोतरी । न्यायीक अखतयार भी पुलिस को देना । BNS का असली उद्देश्य ये ही है। पुलिस अधिकारी गलत काम करता है अब उस के खिलाफ अफ आई आर दर्ज नहीं हो सकती । कोर्ट में भी उस के खिलाफ इस्तगासा , अब आई आर नहीं हो सकती । कोर्ट अधीक से अधीक उसे नोटीस जारी कर सकता है। नोटीस का जवाब देने के लिए 15 दिन का समय देना होगा । जवाब देने के लिए वह बाध्य नहीं है । जवाब नहीं देने पर कोर्ट उस के उच्च अधिकारी को पत्र लिखकर उस के कीये हुए गलत काम पर उस की टीपणी मांगेगी। टिपण्णी बरखीलाफ आएगी ही नहीं । तब कोर्ट सरकार को पत्र लिखकर उस पुलिस अधिकारी के खिलाफ अफ आई आर दर्ज करने के लिए इजाजत मांगेगा। सरकार इजाजत दे ? न दे , कीतने वक्त में दे? । ED जांच पड़ताल एजेंसी है पर उस को नययीक शकती दे दी की ईडी की कस्टडी में दीया हुआ बयान मान्य होगा , न्यायालय में भी बदला नहीं जा सकता। ईडी दिए गए बयानों में कीस बयान को केस में रखे कीस को या कीस हीससे को रखें उस की मर्जी । परीणाम सब के सामने है कीसी भी नागरिक को जेल में बंद कर दो जमानत नहीं हो सकती सालों तक । ईडी ने 6023 केस दर्ज करें , कोर्ट ने केवल 21 कसुरवार पाए। बाकी राजनीतिक विरोधियों को डराने , अपनी बात मनवाने

Crimes committed before 1st july will be under old IPC even if filed after 1st july. But in such cases will the new crpc and new evidence act be applicable even in crimes committed before 1st july ?
