I worked in two kvs but the permanent teachers were arrogant, bullies and never appreciated my efforts despite being punctual, regular and respectful towards them. I don't want to be a part of kvs as an contractual untill I become a permanent teacher! You are lucky that you got a good school to work in.❤ Hope for the best.
I had mix experiences in two kvs. I would suggest you change that particular school but don't leave kvs totally because the experience will only benefit you if your target is to be a permanent kv teacher.
@@ComeOnKoyel I have been through a lot. They act as Mafia and what not. Misogynistic mindset always push people like me to the edge. Yes you are right...where I live here is 5 kvs within the city. But chatukarita , nepotism ,regionalism, favouritism is so strong ,that in the end you can't fight with them. So now I'm working in a pvt school. ❤️ where I got pgt position as well as good salary. In the end after whatever happened in kvs permanent recruitment exam...It lost my respect. So now I have made my peace with my self. Pvt sector is challenging but it also push u towards evolution as a teacher ...there is a demand and it will push u to update your skill and I can't live stagnant life as a teacher . Thank you for the suggestion! But only I know why I stepped away from kvs contractual jobs that I'm sure.

I was also teach in kvs delhi cant pgt contract basis but one that you should be kwn contract is contract and permanent is permanent..I left the job bcoz one needed lady wants to be more than me so I gve her to chance ,now m preparing for permanent teaching job ..
