5 Minutes with Leaders: Sir Dave Brailsford, Team Sky

Recognised as a sports performance pioneer, Brailsford has worked in cycling management for over 20 years, and has enjoyed a number of highlights. In 2008, in his role as Performance Director at British Cycling, he led the British Olympic cycling team to an unprecedented eight gold medals at the Beijing Games. He replicated this feat in 2012, leading Team GB to another eight gold medals at the London Olympics.
