NF is like that quiet kid in the school who knows everything
Totally agreed
this is so hilariously accurate
He's also the quiet kid that no one fucks with because he'd probably fuck you up
me?
That's why I still relate with nf
Nf is the silent goat.
That sir/miss is 1000000000000000000000000000% true
Yea man. He’s actually bigger they ton of main stream artist like j cole and etc but at the same time he’s so Lowkey 😂
Facts
He literally makes the same exact song with the same meaning, but different lyrics. That’s just not art
@@homicyde3551 if you think he makes the same songs over and over then you obviously don't listen to his music.
NF has talked about his similarities in style with Eminem, as he was a huge inspiration for him. But I think he’s carved his own lane and diversified his content. Music is subjective, but NF is clearly very talented. He’s not for everyone and that’s fine.
Fax
He actually silently dissed Eminem in "The Search" didn't even mention his name, but he said a verse that drew back to something ONLY Eminem said.
@@FaultyStar274 if your talking about returns he didn't. He was mentioning how everyone says there's no I in team but take out the t and a it feels like it's only ME. He's not saying em he's saying ME
@@shredder8677 the verse starts with "I can be critical never typical", it parallels to a freestyle Em did years ago in his youth talking about how all the new age rappers are shells of what was originally there and that they were only in it for the money. NF takes this and twists it on its head, saying he was nothing like what Em thought was gonna happen.
@@FaultyStar274 or you know it's not towards em it's towards the people who think he's just a typical white rapper..... And you can criticize him all you want
NF will always be a favorite. He hits that dark, insane, emotional, mental, depressed part of my music tastes that not a lot of artists do
Nf is not a Christian rapper hes a Christian who happens to BE a rapper, there's a huge difference
Yeah, Christian rapper. A rapper that's a christian.
@@marquisedreams8812 but if you're a plumber and Christian does that mean you're a Christian plumber 🤔
Just a thought 💭
@@iamangel._1785 yep 😎

I love Shawn and my respect for him increased even more after seeing how much he respects and appreciate NF🥺🖤
He’s just trynna hop on the wave 🌊
@@d.l.4338 not really pretty sure he’s loved his stuff even when he was still small that interview was from a while ago
@@marcocampos5518 oh that’s pretty cool then
I always cringe when people call NF a Christian rapper because he hates it. I mean even though he has a lot of songs talking about god he also has a lot that don't.
Same bro
Christian rapper doesn’t mean he raps about Christian based subjects. It means he’s a rapper that is Christian
In fact he commonly mentions the negatives of Christianity
It's probably because he's signed by a Christian label.
@Moses “church is where I found god but it’s also where I learned to judge”
NF will probably never hit the mainstream like Eminem. But that’s not a bad thing. I think in 20 years his catalog of music will have actually impacted more people then any artist in history. It’s very rare where I listen to every song on an album. He doesn’t make bad music or release an album with a few good songs. Every song has a message.
I swear like not a single one of his songs is bad to me
He's already hit mainstream. He constantly sells out arenas. His name might not be as recognised as Em's over time, but that's fine. Nate is in his lane and definitely hit mainstream.
Hes has 2 number 1 albums over 1billion views i think hes there but hes just not physically there 🤣 as he dont care for the fame
@@vladghilas6483 I was at the NF concert last month and I can only say that it was crazy. There were so many people, I couldn't even imagine that so many people would come to his concert. And the atmosphere was incredibly good. NF made a very good concert. I was delighted. I think NF will completely dominate the music scene in the future. This is just the beginning.
Token: "You had something with Dax right?"
Hopsin:
That verse from hopsin was sick af. I have the song but i edited out daxs verse.

Shawn Mendez weird as hell, he wants to do everything with nf😂
that don't mean anything just because he wanna do things with nf he just likes nf
What? He literally said how inspiring he was to him. How is that weird…💁🏻♀️
He'll prolly get star struck when he meets him
No, he isn't weird, he is just simply inspired by someone. Here is a quote from NF "And perfect people don't exist, so don't pretend to be one" that one means to stop acting like you never did anything. And "we got a lot of fans in here
Couple hundred thousand" That means lots of people follow him.
Shawn Mendez is just a supporter, he is super kind.
(No hate just so you know)
NF is the quit kid in class everyone respects and doesn’t want to mess with.
It's partially because his fans are crazy (in a good way). Nobody wants to get attacked by a mob of crazy NF fans. LOL
Bout time the industry stops sleeping on NF. He's made so many great songs so far, and hopefully continues to for years to come. Boy got a great head in his shoulders and is super talented. Most of all I hope he keeps his sanity, at least enough to keep him from going off the deep end. I'd rather see him take breaks then push himself too hard.
The industry sleeps on him because they do not like rappers who do not rap about living a degenerate life
HOPEfully
No one:
Joyner: *do i remind you of him?*

NF ft. Eminem and logic
NF ft Eminem
NF ft Logic
These will be the most fire songs ever
I don’t think NF ft. Em will ever happen. NF ain’t gon have any cussing on his album, it’s just not how he works. Em ft. NF tho... that’s a different story. NF ft Logic is probably gonna happen tho. I think logic wouldn’t have a problem not cussing.
@David Tuell He didn't have any problem with Hopsin and Tech-n9ne, they respect his way of music to the point that they literally cut all the cussing to size.
@@davidtuell5558 I think Em ft NF would have swearing but NF ft Em wouldn’t cause it’s on his song you know. NF did actually feature on a song with futuristic that had swearing so it wouldn’t be a first, but he has grown a lot since then. I think if logic was on a song with him he wouldn’t swear, and Em lives a challenge so I could see him talking about his depressing past without swearing cause that fits NF’s kinda vibe of a song. All theoretical though.
@@My_Lyfe I just don’t think em quite has the level of respect for NF to censor himself yet. Maybe a bit further down the road, but not quite yet. And yeah, futuristic’s song w NF is fire. Like I said, he just sets the laws for those who step into the kingdom that is his music.
I don't see Eminem Censoring himself for no one. He built his identity on it (that Will Smith line comes to mind). I love NF (him and Hopsin are my fav rappers at the mo) but No way Em changes the way he does things for someone else and nor should he - He's the GOAT.
Big NF supporter here. helped me through a lot of rough times
NF and Shawn Mendas could have the best collab.
NF and Joyner would imo if it's anything near NF and Tech
Did I just hear he didn’t have the impact? Now what he talks about real shit and for me going through similar things all my life, his music has helped me cope. Every time I’m playing music never fail to play nf, his music hits different when you relate so much.
He was talking about impact on the rapgame. NF had created his own lane, really going in another direction than most rappers are, and also keeps himself out of viral beefs. So yes he has impact for people personally, but not in the rapgame. Also most NF fans aren't really hiphop fans, therefore he isn't that relevant in a conversation on a hiphop/rap podcast or radioshow...
@@Bro-Kem he also said its not in the "shit that matters circle" which is totally wrong lol what NF raps about really does matter and helps lots
@@tlmob4172 yes, but not on the marketing side. His stuff doesn't make headlines. I'm a huge NF fan, and think he deserves more recognition, but this guy is right
@@Bro-Kem his album was at first for the most sold some time and his point is still invalid lol NF songs matter and thats just a fact it has impacted and saved many lives
@@tlmob4172 bro.
The eminem bar was not a diss
If Eminem makes such shots it means he is appreciating and advising you
It is a moment of proud
Exactly, being dissed by the best means the best has something to fear, the best wouldn’t diss someone under him unless he is challenging his spot
@@ryder2156 actually em did the same with hopsins and with kanye back in recovery days .... people need to understand difference between name drop and a diss .... Name drop is kind of a shoutout for the newbie kids ... and if em wants to diss u ... he will deliver a killshot
Nf is so underrated even though he is so big
I respect that you like nf as a Eminem fan
NF is so humble
for me NF is leaving EM behind ,he learned alot from EM but now he got his own style.

NF is amazing. So happy for him becoming a dad.

If nf and joyner Collab that's the day the internet shatters
Wow, NF is my favorite rapper and I am so glad that he's been growing in his music and popularity as time goes on!👏👏👏

@Mr Pickles i want it in an interview or something instead of a sneak diss

Real music till the day we die🔥😎
He paints the picture perfect when you listen to NF. Therapy Session is one of my favorites it hits home!
I definitely want a NF and Lecrae and NF and Andy Mineo collab
Yes! And NF and KB!
Everybody is stunned like..... why NF? Welllllll....... you define the rules he'll rap in them. No cussin? No drugs? Gotcha number pal. That flex alone. Phew
I'm not super familiar with Lecrae's work, but from my understanding, he was expressly known for unashamedly rapping about Jesus with raps full of doctrinal bars and all that, etc. He branded himself as an expressly Christian rapper then when he branched out, I think his fans felt like maybe he was ashamed or like he was abandoning a lot of what he was about in order to gain acceptance. Whereas NF has always been more of a crossover artist who made music that sometimes mentioned God and sometimes didn't. The difference is Lecrae served a whole meal with God in every dish, NF just sprinkled God into his personal songs like a garnish. IDK, but recently what I've seen of Lecrae seems really bitter... I hope he's doing OK.
NF's self released album "Moments" came out only a few months after Em's "Recovery" album. My question is, does NF sound like Em in those moments in time or does Em's career recovery album sound like NF?
Hell No! Em was first you know that.
Stop being institutional
Don't Matter, Don't know Rapper, MC, want the Funk with Marshall. Nathan's music can be played anywhere anytime, and at Church events, Park events, Weddings, around kids. Its refreshing to hear Clean,Story telling over insane beats, with a message that if heeded, could help you.
Nate and marshall are in an entirely different market. Nate only really entered the "main" rap scene with his latest mixtape clouds (having the Tech and Hopsin features etc). But before that he was rather isolated with his own fans. Eminem is much more of a rap legend whereas NF has always been way more focussed on his message
@@siriushexa1971 Nate did Grinding with Another artist. This is all opinions anyways. I do t really care, I don't get paid for my comments. I enjoy Marshall's word play. NF is Clean and I love that.
Nf is the sleeper agent of hip hop
infiltrating something hes not part of?
I wanted a Nate and Hopsin collab for years, but now I hella want him with Joyner. Pretty cool that Roman Atwood likes him too, grew up on his pranks and vlogs. Been here since Therapy Session, glad to see NF shining so much as of late.
I discovered NF a few years ago and He honestly changed my life. I love him sm

I want an NF, Joyner, Dax, Hopsin and Yung Gravy collab. The first 4 because they're amazing but yung gravy because that would be hilarious
Dax said it best...we need a track with all of them on it! That stuff would end all careers
Ayeee my man Joyner know NF let’s goooo! Gotta have a collab some day I mean Nfs and Techs was pure rapid 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥need some of those flames shared with Joyner!

The man is definitely the goat🔥🔥
seeing joey in this vid brings back memories, we used to chill here in va .
I'm sorry but you can maybe say it was easier because people like lecrae already had been in the game and broke down some barriers but NF is completely different artist and has always been in a completely different lane and its clear in the music. Homie aint blow up because hes white or other people took the bullets for him, he blew up because hes completely unique and caters to an audience far wider than religion and Christianity
Love NF he has Explosive Motivation Energy 💯

what dj akademiks said didn't sit right with me because NF most definitely impacts people through his music. It's very confusing how he is so overlooked but other rappers talk abt just vulgar things while NF's songs actually MEAN something. I know he has impacted tons of people but some people are just blind and can't see his talent.
I love how the thumbnail says " Rappers who mentioned NF

I love NF so much omg 🥰🥰🥰🥰
I wouldn’t do a song with Lecrae after he tried to pull the race card lol
@Jayflight Music & Covers What did Andy do though. Also yeah I hate the race baiting we're all Christians
@Jayflight Music & Covers Obviously its nothing to do with race either way. NF is way out of Lecrae and Andy's league. Plus only his Moments album was Christian based fr. He did a few collabs with Toby Mac and Britt Nicole, but other than that, everything after Moments was "Real Music" based. I think he'd have more recognition if he wasn't grouped into the Christian genre
If you read old comments on NF’s FB page, you’ll see part of the original Christian fan base got pretty ugly. I completely understand why he stays away from social media.

It's so nice to see Nf getting recognized by all these peeps, he made it guys, his dream.
(Also DJ Akademics doesn't know how to review music, how can you talk about impact and not mention NF?
How many lives did he save with "Mansion" alone because he spoke about things people were dealing with at a heavy capacity?
How many lives did "Therapy" effect? when he full on discussed cutting and depression and drugs?
How many people are now fighting harder for their dreams once they saw NF, someone like them with the same struggles make his dream possible? (Outcast.)
I can go on. but seriously? if saving lives doesn't matter, if making a hug impact, if being unique and dedicated to the craft so much that he is already rivaling the top rappers with just a few years of being in the main game doesn't matter when what does?
Furthermore, even if you think that doesn't matter, there is one aspect to NF that is entirely different than a ton of rappers out there and I think it is best described by the line: "I may not be the best in my field but I guarantee Imma die Real."
Even if he doesn't make it, he is gonna fight tilll he dies, and he is gonna do it truthfully and with things that are not him just blowing smoke, he talks about real life.
Furthermore, he does all this without a single cussword or graphic pictures of unpleasant things.
It’s cuz he’s white..
@@FlashThompsin00 Its not because hes white like wtf is that mindset. Don't treat people differently because of their race, gender and religion.
Hes a good writer and has a different style compared to other rappers also the symbolism can go really deep and display 2 different messages as whats being said and whats been shown on the screen.

NF is great. My favorite rapper.
I don't think Eminem was really dissing NF by saying he's a "recovery clone of him" 'cause you really can't be Eminem's clone if you ain't at least as good or very close to his technique, expressions and especially lyricism . Sounds more like a compliment to me. ☺️
That's what I thought, too.
