I think it makes more sense to join your channels and include your vlogs in your main channel since you have more subscribers. You're putting in soo much work for vlogmas and your main channel will have more reach and potentially better pay off. Just make sure that you advise all your subscribers in all your channels and media platforms that you're making this change in case people who are subsribed to your vlog channel and not your main channel are confused. Either way I will watch your vlogmas videos whichever channel you decide to post them on. =D

First, I just want to say that I love both your channels and just love watching your content in general! I think that you could keep your vlogs on this channel up until after vlogmas and during vlogmas when a lot of people are watching you could let us all know that you are moving your videos to your main channel so people who aren't subscribed could subscribe? But whatever feels right to you!

You said you won’t go back to this channel to do vlogs once you make the change & not meaning to be negative but if it don’t work what will you do🙂 You may have to go back to this channel. With that said, I’m thinking it seems logical with all the followers you have on your main channel so If you feel like it’s the right move, GO FOR IT😀👍🏻
Maybe just start posting on the other channel once a week and see how many views you get if you arnt losing views I say move it I'm subbed to both but for a while I didnt know you had a main channel I thought extra jill was the main channel ...its kinda cool though you have two channels with so many subs not everyone can do that ...alot of youtubers have the second one for when they have kids like a family and a personal I hope you still vlog when you have kids I would love to see you be a mom
I would start with Vlogmas on your other channel. If it doesn’t go as well than you can return your vlogs to this channel. And if it’s successful, you can continue vlogs on that channel.

I think you should start incorporating vlogs on your main channel to see how well they do - if subscribers on that channel actually enjoy/engage with vlogs before you make a big change just as a safety net
Why not do vlogmas on your main channel, and then your daily vlogs on your vlog channel? That might end up working. Love you, girl!!!
Do it! The concept of a main channel and a second/vlog channel, I feel is coming to an end. Put your vids where your subs are! I can tell you people who are big/starting out aren't making 2 channels now adays! you got this!

I think you definitely should join your channel, I’m not really into main channels but I think if you blended them together I would probably watch your regular main Chanel videos as well
Can you post your vlogmas vids on both channels? That way you are also reintroducing your old channel while not risking your current one and then seeing what the stats are like in January. Not sure how it works.. just an idea.
I don't know how youtube works but could they merge both accounts together into one without you losing and videos?
ETA: If they can't I would just start mentioning in every video that you are moving and tell your subs to move over to your main Chanel to continue watching you
I like the idea of one channel. It just makes it easier to get to all your videos in one stop. I honestly started liking vlogs when a video I was watching automatically went to vlog style. Definitely make the transition on vlogmas day 1. Last vlog on this channel and then send us all to vlogmas day 1 on the other account. Try it out for the whole vlogmas season and I guess check subscribers and view number to see if it made the difference
I love you all your videos so much, and I would support your decision to move your vlogs to the main channel too! I think it would be smart to do vlogmas on your main channel as a trial run cause it’ll reach more people hopefully and as your audience we also want you to secure that bag!! So if vlogmas goes well there I’d just let the audience on your vlog channel know that you’re gonna be moving all the vids to your main

You can do vlogmass on your main channel like a trial time to see how it will work, and here you can post like once a week with a few videos of the days in the week just to keep us updated here as well. So if it doesnt work on the main channel you can always come back here :) whatever you decide you have our full support! :D

I think your gut is telling you to give it a shot and change to posting over there. I’m following you on both and I know you post weekly, so if I wasn’t to get notified I’d just check both of your channels and just binge watch the videos I hadn’t seen

I personally don’t mind either, I’m subscribed to both so I’ll watch your content either way. But maybe during December, post some vlog-style videos on your main and see how they do? Maybe one per week? That way you can make a more educated decision. I think those of us that consistently watch, don’t mind just switching to a different channel to watch from. Should be fine ☺️💛

I had to stop the vlog to comment, if you did vlogmas on your main channel in the past and it did well then I think you should try doing it on there and see how it goes and if it goes well, then just continue on that channel and if not come back to this one! 😊 If you already know the vlogs don’t perform well over there then I wouldn’t even bother trying. But that’s just me haha
I wish I had a better test of it, but I haven't uploaded vlogs on that channel in 5+ years I think, so I have no idea what the response would be. Hence wanting to do this test :)

Hi! Marketing professional here (lol). I love both of your channels but I have noticed a shift with content creators combining their channels and having success with it. If you combine them, the UA-cam algorithm sees you're posting double the amount because you have normal videos and vlogs all on one platform. You'll also likely get more views if some of your subscribers don't know about your Vlog channel and have their notification bell turned on and start watching them! If you're enjoying vlogs more, it makes sense to combine them!
Honestly I would watch your videos whether you posted them here or on your main channel because I do like the content you put out on both channels. But speaking from something I’ve done before that if I’m subscribed to a channel that hasn’t been posting consistently each week I tend to become unengaged from their content. If all of a sudden that channel that I haven’t seen videos from in a while start popping in my feed more i always tend to unsubscribe. But again I think it all depends on the activity and engagement that currently exists on that channel. Maybe I would just trial it for a week or two and follow the engagement on that channel.

I would double post your vlogs. Let main channel viewers know they can skip the vlogs and the main channel would appear same for them but maybe some of them would learn to love your vlog.
Then the vlog channel itself can stay personal.and cozy etc. Maybe reduce by one vlog a week , and for vlog channel viewers do a live once per week instead. That would be fun and interactive for tbid channel and main channel viewers dont need to involve if they choose not to
