the stereotyped fly is hilarious
My grandpa who was a Marine in Korea told us about this training video when I was a kid in the 90s. It was incredible to find it and show it to him nearly 70 years after he first saw it. It had him rolling.
The abbreviated animation style used here, with a bare minimum of cels, would become popular in 1980s syndicated cartoon shows such as G-Force and He Man & the Masters of The Universe.
Omg. The video suggested they wipe their asses with the 10,000 yen notes. This is so insane.
Why didnt they show them digging proper latrines?
I think they didn't have time. There an episode in "The Pacific" where one of them shits on his ammo box...they were ready anytime, and yeah...a lot of people got diahrrea so easy.
