Keep seeking Jesus and accept Him as your Savior as it makes the difference of whether you spend eternity with Him or in hell. Get a copy of the Bible and read it and also seek out other Muslims who have become Christian if you can find them. In this country you can try out different churches and see which one helps you understand Him most and feel close to Him. He wants a pure relationship with you.

All Christians doubt so we go back to the source documents the New testament and we pray to take those away and they go away. But to be a Christian and never doubt is a problem there is something wrong with that kind of Christian.

As Jesus had appeared to his disciples after He had arisen, He told them that He was leaving the Comforter (Holy Spirit) here with us. We are not alone. He is the power of the trinity that heals, warns us of avoiding trouble, and convicts us when we sin so that we can stop and repent. To truly repent we must stop doing it. The Holy Spirit also is a gentleman because He waits on our free will. He causes us to proclaim the Gospel to souls waiting for Jesus to save them. Just ask Him.

While Jesus,as the Son of Man, claimed that He was Gods Son He also stated with that claim that He came from above and that His Kingdom was not of this world. He spoke of ascending to where He was before. The Apostles go into more detail about the Jesus who was after He had risen and ascended to the right hand of power in heaven.

Sorry. I don't mean to offend, but only the Father is the 'I Am'. If you are referring to John 8:58, which is often translated as "I AM", it is a mistranslation and the epitome of translator bias. A more correct translation according to the original Greek is "I have been." As Jesus himself said many times, he is the "Son of God".

I don’t believe in Jesus as God”.* if you do not believe that Jesus is God, neither do you believe that the Father is God. Jesus said, “ye believe in God, believe also in me”(John 14:1). He even said himself that “for if ye believe not that I am he, ye shall die in your sins”(John 8:24, 28). Jesus was claiming oneness with God the Father. Hoopoe Jesus never said in plain words (or verbatim) that he is God. But that doesn’t logically construed that he isn’t God. If Jesus had said unequivocally that he is God, I don’t believe people will received him for having claimed that he is. However, Jesus did the things that only God can do (not just claiming and/or saying that he is God). Jesus claimed that he is the Son of God. That is the same as plainly saying that he is God (John 5:18 & John 19:7). The Jews killed him for claiming that he is the Son of God (Matthew 26:63-64). You don’t get killed for preaching to love your enemies. You don’t killed for preaching the beatitudes. You get killed for claiming that you are the Son of God. Note how the high priest vehemently reacted when Jesus said that he is the Son of God (Matthew 26::65). The high priest rent his clothes and exclaimed that Jesus has spoken blasphemy. "I and the Father are one." (John 10:30) John 17:11, 21 show the correct way to read that scripture: One in unity and purpose. What you read as "...before Abraham was born I AM." (John 8:58), should actually read something like: "...before Abraham came into existence, I have been.” In the context of John 8:58, the action expressed by the Greek verb ei·miʹ started “before Abraham came into existence” and was still in progress. It is therefore properly translated “I have been” rather than “I am,” and a number of ancient and modern translations use wording similar to “I have been.” In fact, at John 14:9, the same form of the Greek verb ei·miʹ is used to render Jesus’ words: “Even after I HAVE BEEN with you men for such a long time, Philip, have you not come to know me?” Other examples of rendering a present tense Greek verb using a present perfect tense verb can be found at Luke 2:48; 13:7; 15:29; John 15:27; Acts 15:21; 2Corinthians 12:19; 1John 3:8. You can look them up yourself. Also, Jesus’ reasoning recorded at John 8:54, 55 shows that he was not trying to portray himself as being the same person as his Father.

Because it isn't that simple, you have to have faith in the REAL Jesus, & what He said & did, confess that you are a sinner, in need a savior, that HE Jesus is the only Savior, ask Him to SAVE you, and sincerely mean what you said. THEN you are a saved, born again child of God.

I used to believe as you do, and I know it's hard to give up cherished beliefs. But please read Romans 10:2, and 1 Timothy 2:4. Only ACCURATE knowledge of God is of any benefit whatsoever.

While Jesus,as the Son of Man, claimed that He was Gods Son He also stated with that claim that He came from above and that His Kingdom was not of this world. He spoke of ascending to where He was before. The Apostles go into more detail about the Jesus who was after He had risen and ascended to the right hand of power in heaven.

Why don't you quit lying & actually read the Bible? John Chapter 1 is another example of the Bible stating that Jesus is God. "the Word was with God and the Word was God".

The Old Testament word most frequently used for God is plural in form, & God used plural pronouns when speaking of Himself, here's some examples:
Gen 1:26 "And God said, let us make man in our image". Did you get that? OUR image (plural)
Gen 11:7 "Go to, let us go down and there confound their language." let US go down, (again plural)
Gen 3:22, when there was no one else but God & Adam & Eve, "the Lord said, behold the man is become as one of us, to know good and evil." one of US again is PLURAL.
If Jesus is not God, then you tell us why this is recorded in the Bible (Hebrews 1 : 8) "But unto the Son He sayeth, thy throne oh God is forever and forever, a sceptre of righteousness is the sceptre of thy kingdom." That's GOD the Father talking to Jesus.
Being God's son does NOT mean that Jesus is not also God. Maybe you can understand it this way:
When a horse has an offspring that offspring is also a horse, not a dog, you are a man, if you have a son, that son will also grow to become a man, not a mule. When god has an offspring, that offspring is also God, not a person, Jesus came to Earth & took on a human body so that He could be sacrificed for our sins.
You can see that written in Hebrews 2:9 & elsewhere, here's Heb. 2 : 9 "But we see Jesus, who was made a little lower than the angels for the suffering of death, crowned with glory and honour; that he by the grace of God should taste death for every man."
If that's not clear enough for you combine it with John 1 :

Other places in the Bible it says that Jesus is God, and that He created all things.

No, but when JESUS said it He was referring to the "Great I AM" & that's why the Jews crucified Him. Try reading the Gospels (Mat., Mark, Luke & John) carefully & you can see it for yourself.

Sorry. I don't mean to offend, but only the Father is the 'I Am'. If you are referring to John 8:58, which is often translated as "I AM", it is a mistranslation and the epitome of translator bias. A more correct translation according to the original Greek is "I have been." As Jesus himself said many times, he is the "Son of God".

My friend, if you do not believe that Jesus is God, then you do not believe in God either. You will say, *”well, I only believe in God the Father as God. I don’t believe in Jesus as God”.* if you do not believe that Jesus is God, neither do you believe that the Father is God. Jesus said, “ye believe in God, believe also in me”(John 14:1). He even said himself that “for if ye believe not that I am he, ye shall die in your sins”(John 8:24, 28). Jesus was claiming oneness with God the Father. If he is *ONE* with God his Father, that means he is God.

Jesus never said in plain words (or verbatim) that he is God. But that doesn’t logically construed that he isn’t God. If Jesus had said unequivocally that he is God, I don’t believe people will received him for having claimed that he is. However, Jesus did the things that only God can do (not just claiming and/or saying that he is God). Jesus claimed that he is the Son of God. That is the same as plainly saying that he is God (John 5:18 & John 19:7). The Jews killed him for claiming that he is the Son of God (Matthew 26:63-64). You don’t get killed for preaching to love your enemies. You don’t killed for preaching the beatitudes. You get killed for claiming that you are the Son of God. Note how the high priest vehemently reacted when Jesus said that he is the Son of God (Matthew 26::65). The high priest rent his clothes and exclaimed that Jesus has spoken blasphemy. Claiming to be the Son of God is the same as saying *”I AM GOD”.*

What you read as "...before Abraham was born I AM." (John 8:58), should actually read something like: "...before Abraham came into existence, I have been.”
In the context of John 8:58, the action expressed by the Greek verb ei·miʹ started “before Abraham came into existence” and was still in progress. It is therefore properly translated “I have been” rather than “I am,” and a number of ancient and modern translations use wording similar to “I have been.” In fact, at John 14:9, the same form of the Greek verb ei·miʹ is used to render Jesus’ words: “Even after I HAVE BEEN with you men for such a long time, Philip, have you not come to know me?”
Other examples of rendering a present tense Greek verb using a present perfect tense verb can be found at Luke 2:48; 13:7; 15:29; John 15:27; Acts 15:21; 2Corinthians 12:19; 1John 3:8. You can look them up yourself.
Also, Jesus’ reasoning recorded at John 8:54, 55 shows that he was not trying to portray himself as being the same person as his Father.

Of course Jesus is more than a man! He came to us as man, the son of man. He was the ransome, for our salvation! Only Jesus sacrifice for Gods children could we be saved from Sin and not die,but have eternal life. Only through Jesus can we know God our heavenly Father because we are as filthy rags and cant stand directly in front of the almighty it is only through Jesus can we know God. Jesus is the only way, the Truth , and the Light!!! He accomplished what God asked of him!!! He loves his Father so much and gave his life for us because he loves us just as much!
