- 2013/2014: • Manu Ginobili Offense ...
All the euro steps, jab steps, inside-out crossovers, behind the back crossovers... all the fantastic drives to the baskets of Ginobili.
Not my best editing work. I apologize in advance.
manu ginobili highlights spurs lebron james kobe bryant kevin durant ricky rubio stephen curry kyrie irving damian lillard derrick rose chris paul deron williams steve nash
I think people tend to forget that he was the second to last pick in the 1999 NBA draft. And look at what he has accomplished. One of the most underrated players ever.
tjohnston91 one of the greatest 6th man amd shooting guards in league's history.
Yes bro, really the spurs was not expecting anything from him that could turn into a gem? Imagine, san antonio bypass him for the 28th pick in favor of an unknown center in Leon White because it was better trade for Goran Giricek? I tell you, coach pops was more than lucky than manu was to him.
you literally could not stop him from getting to the paint! he was a savage
Finally somebody recognizes a great basketball player.
I definitely can't forget when Tim Duncan said, as pops usually changes players, thru development perhaps, it was manu who change pops, and on Tony parker's words, every summer, manu bring in set plays coming from his Argentinian team, for practice sessions. Had even watch a video, as manu was dribbling the ball on practice, pops instructed others to "listen to manu". This definitely made more sense on the argument on pops being a great coach.
Long-haired Manu was a badddd maaannnnn
Maurice Mallari Manu was still going strong even with the bald spot!
lowkey he can posterize everyone
He makes good use of his 2 steps and people guarding him are always like "where'd he go?"
I feel like he's unfairly underrated, only because he doesn't fit the US's vision of what a great basketball player looks like, or the fact he's not American. I mean these are some great highlights, and that one at 5:30 was insane. But a lot of the time when you hear the announcers or the crowd after a great play by him, they're not going crazy like they would if it was Lebron, Kobe, Wade, Pierce, Rose, etc etc. It's the same thing with Dirk, and Charles Barkley said it best when the Mavs won the NBA Championship, his performance we should be going crazy over with some of the shots he was making in crunch time, on the biggest stage, but because he's German, and doesn't look like what you expect a legend to look like, we just take it for granted.
He is american. Where is Argentina located?
Matias Campobasso south america
Ok, south america is another continent...
Matias Campobasso i know
Ginobli was at one point the second best SG to me. He was a beast.
He doesn't care about the defender he just looks for the opening, goes for it and then finishes. He really is a special player and an anchor on a special team. He will be a Hall of Famer for sure, with what he did with the Argentina National team it is a lock.
I know in April he will be inducted
and these are just mostly his drives. if you add the 3pt shooting, the free throws, the assists, the hustles and razzle dazzle plays, he'll be in the top 25 NBA players all time.
He is still underappreciated as of this time mainly because of the media. Compare his slashing drive that can avoid even all the opposing, is something that you can never see to any of the great internationals out there
Ginobili is one of my favorite players. His nickname "The Scientist" is also a great description of him.
These highlights clearly show how Manu's game changes over time.
his style is what drained him and eventually speed was a factor aswell
And some people call this guy a bench player. Yeah, right: This guy's a superstar. An unselfish one.
i dont give a sh** what anybody says ..the guy is frickin sensational and is just as good as ANY two guard in nba history..including M J..if he played in ny or la..he'd be the 2nd coming...his highlight blow everybody away...your a badass Manu!!
+Bradford Brown well, steph curry is on drugs. hahaha shimmy my ass! :D
I don't think so..Tbh pop probly extended his career by coming off the bench plus playing with Tim Duncan and Tony Parker your whole career doesn't hurt.. Plus he wasn't the shooter kobe/Mj were. Slasher vs fundamental sound footwork/post-game . He's more on D Wade level not Kobe /Mj
DreddMan89 He's way better than Wade.
Ginobli is the 3rd greatest SG of all time behind MJ and Kobe. He could have left the Spurs for more money and could have averaged 25ppg but unlike Harden, he stayed took a little less money to win championships. He accepted coming off the bench because he played with 2 great stars.
One of the most underrated players I ever seen.!!
I think if manu was handed his own team back in his prime, he would've been ridiculous. I honestly think he could've averaged around 25-27 ppg if he had a james harden type role back in the day. It mightve been different because european players weren't as widely accepted or had as wide a base as they do today. But I'm speaking strictly on talent and skill level.
Man i miss those good old hair days
Underrated SG!
One of the top 5 shooting guards of all time!
of all time?no?from the commonly known sg's,maybe. But that would be saying he's better than mcgrady and ginobili in his prime still wasn't at mcgrady's level while mcgrady was in his prime. The list of 2000's and up goes a lil something like this
1.jordan
2.jerry west
3.kobe
4.wade
5.mcgrady
This is just people everybody knows about. The greatest sg's of all time are
1.jordan
2.jerry west
3.kobe
4.george"the iceman"gervin
5.clyde"the glide"dexter
Manu is in the top 10 though.
HADGER24532 4 NBA Championships, 1 Olympic Gold Medal, and a Euroleague Championship...
510oaklandca lol he had really good players for those championships.Parker and duncan plus this new guy kawhi leonard. He's not one of those guys that will take the playoffs by storm and drop 45 for the win.He has good players on his team.
HADGER24532 He'll drop 45 off the bench and he'll always compete at a high level
HADGER24532 Mcgrady was a great scorer but great team basketball is a different level. Having humility to take less money in order sustain a winning environment is a different level. Yes, Ginobili had great players around him, but he elevated his teammates play as well as his own play for the supposedly common goal of winning multiple championships. Mcgrady never even made past the first round of the playoffs. I'd put Manu at number 5.
Manu was a freak of nature in his prime.that behind the back move was the best
Simply one of the best
He regularly goes up against 3-4 defenders insaneeee!
So true, a handful of players, not even the superstars, can do that.
Who else came here to reminisce and cry lol 😭😭😭😭 gonna miss this guy on the court
Spectacular finisher
I wish Manu would've came straight to the Spurs after getting drafted, instead of waiting til 2003. We probably would've had a chance to win more championships from 1999-2003.
The most underrated by far in history.
Future HOF.
Manu practically invented the Eurostep
I believe that exists this other Universe where Manu has the chance of become a franchise player and he average around 28 or 27 ppg as is considered a GOAT.
Humble...amazing talent ive ever seen.
great vid. this should've gotten more views
the hair... it was so beautiful
Please Manu Ginobili, one more season with the Spurs ❤️
Wish we could see prime Ginoboli again, hes best of the best
dem slashes... cant get enough of it...
Forgive me if I'm wrong but can anybody agree with me finishing wise before even after I think he's better at finishing than lebron especially bcuz he doesn't have that same 250 pound body bron has but he's slim I think next to Jordan and probably before wade manu is the best finisher all time behind Jordan bcuz nobody gets to the line like him n you've never heard him being lock down really paint wise he's unguardable
CrazyKay Stevenson hes better than jordan on penetration and he mastered the lay-up shot both hands
the Manu trace I hope we will do well next. until next finals again i hope GO SPURS GO!
0:44 is the toughest lay up in NBA history no cap
the best drive-in SG
He always my HERO!!!!
These highlights made me realize that he is a SUPBERB slasher
most of the highlight that i saw includes rasheed wallace
Wouldn't take him over Jordan or Kobe, but this future Hall of Famer is certainty a better overall player than T-mac.
Kobe and mj might be better, stats wise, but you can see a lot of manu's arsenal that you wouldn't find from the two. Behind the back dribble, passing between the legs, evading 4 to 5 players going to the hoop and of course the euro-step.
@NBAClutchTime why did you delete your baron Davis highlights? I've been trying to watch that for awhile. You should make it again
legend
Please make a highlight of Manu Ginobili in the year 2012/2013. I just wanna see how my idol still plays at this time.
When this guy still has his young legs...
niggah, i didnt knoe manu was this cold back n his day
ginobili full headed hair the second or third best 2 guard post mj era obviously bryant 1 debate between wade or ginobili for number 2
He's like a combination of Steve Nash and James Harden to me
James harden is the new ginobili but manu is still better in his prime
some special drives to the rim
The goat
That behind the back dribbling as he goes to the hoop, is very seldom seen on players, not even the superstars of the league.
when i shoot my shot im screaming out ginobili!!!
threenineseven youngbensmack hahahaa
He used to get to the rim so easy
Kind of reminds me of James Harden
Watching these highlights like is the nba now just 3 pointers?
5:22 made me scream like "woooooooaaaah"
Vince Carter !!!!! Toronto Vince Carter Offense highlight Please !!! your offense highlight video is the best :) Please make Toronto Vince Carter Offense highlight too !!!
Ohhhh! Ginobili!!!!!
HOF...
They all think he was all left.
like chuck says " GINOBILI !!!! "
57th pick, round 2 EPIC FAIL
harden cant do that
hes going in the HOF so who cares top 30 top 1000, there are many players i do not like rating a player, Manu is definitely one of the best SG to ever come off the bench
Man he was good he's still okay but Leonard will be the 3rd best player this year if we're going to get #5
and #6
"mate" ? are you from the U.K ? how are you able to watch games , i live in the U.S & have Digital cable / 500+ channels & i can only watch a small qaunity of my teams games
thats cool if you are though , good to know not only are there UK fans of one of our sports but a knowledgeable
& if your not from the UK the WTF ?!?
Hall of Famer
Who says players of lebron era cant play in jordan era? Manu will be a headache for them, except for those so-called defenders that targets mostly the skin and not the ball.
thought that was steve nash for a second lmao
basically won the 2005 championship on his own, and lost the repeat with that foul on dirk in game 7 the next year
Stupid Duran at 2:53. Gollum.
Back when manu had hairs

someone tell me how 3:44 is not a travel. I am not hating just wondering, seems like a travel to me, 3 steps after the last dribble?
It's not a travel. He dribbled with the first "step". Both feet were planted as he dribbled, then he took two.
18 years of defenses letting him get to the left.
Young Manu looks like Steve Nash
He's better than Steve Nash
He's better than Steve Nash
Wow men
he is the best sg in nba history. with best ballfeeling, no one can compared with him. jordan? go away! just has a better body.
stfu lol sound like an ignorant dumbass who doesn't know shit in basketball. easily 5 sg's by FAR bettter than Manu, & this is coming from a fan who idolizes Manu's worth ethics. fuck out of here with that bs
x310x310x 8======
x310x310x U know what....u better shut your mouth
Jordan, perhaps?
***** I'm sorry, but Manu in his prime was/is better than Wade.
I'm left handed I molded my game after manu
dude firstrow.eu, vipbox.eu, is a number of websites not best stream, but if you die hard fan who cares plus can't you get just get your cable network to get that one tv station for you like the knicks is MSG, Spurs might be foxsport.
0:42

Easily HOF material.
HAF!
The player that Kobe Bryant respected the most
SPURS MVP
ANIMAL
*was
Not in the top 30? Now you sound ridiculous.
obi wan ginobili
Ginobili is an all time great player... But saying he's 3rd best SG.. Removes jerry west , Dwayne wade and etc...can't do that mate.
k
Lol well yeah haha
