Hi Sir, the video nicely elaborates all aspects of livin experience, I need help on finding accommodation around Munich, my office is situated at Nymphenburger Straße 124
Hi Siddhesh, You could use immobilienscout24 and immowelt websites to find an accommodation. If you are alone, you can also use wg gesucht site as well. If you are already in Munich, you can contact me on LinkedIn. I also recently moved near Munich, may be we could check something together for you.
Very nicely articulated. If you have any friend in Bielefeld, pls do make me connect as I need to know schooling expenses over there for 5 year old kid
Hi Souvik, Thanks. But unfortunately as of now I don't have a friend there. Probably you could try finding some Indian working there and connect with them in LinkedIn. Thats how I do whenever I require some info from different cities and generally people are helpful. :-)
Hi , Nice information . I'm planning to move to Germany in April and got 75k + 6% bonus offer . I have the same family like yours . Hope it's a good deal
Thank you so much for the much information.. as a IT professional Blue card will be issued to enter n work in Germany.. so my question is will spouse and child also can come along with me in first time
Hi Jegan garu, thank you for the useful info.i want to know the cost of living for a single person as i want to come on job seeker visa and search job, later on i can think of bringing the family.
Hi Narender garu, Thanks. Do you have any city specifically in mind? Cost varies city to city. But if I need to give a rough number you can make it between 1000 to 1500 range. May be we can discuss in detail over LinkedIn in chat.
Hi, can you please let me know cost of international schools for 6 years kids and how the German children behave with Indian kids in German schools. Thanks a lot !!
Hi, International schools are expensive as you might have already heard. It can start from 1000€ per month and go upto 1500€ too. In local schools, mostly the acceptance should be fine. But as you can imagine, nothing will be 100%. So there could be less acceptance in some places, so it should be explored based on city and school by speaking to existing international parents in such schools.
@@jegankennedy Can I opt for English instead? And how is your experience with your kid? My child just started playschool in India, I am a bit fearful in moving to a country which has a language constraint.
You can opt for English speaking kindergartens, I assume it's available alongwith international schools. But I think it would be available only in bigger cities and could be expensive. My kid is here since she is 3. Our experience is good with German kindergarten. She learns pretty fast than us. In my opinion, moving to Germany before starting primary school is good option. Kids don't have the pressure to speak in German, at the same time they can pick up pretty fast.
@@jegankennedy Thanks you so much! That's the problem for me, had it been a year ago, he would have just started speaking and would not be under pressure.
Do not worry, now also he can learn soon. But to support him better, as a parent, you can participate in all parent teachers meeting to make him feel comfortable along with his friends, if possible take him to German families over a weekend, speak little little German words at home. This is what we are doing to support our daughter and it works. Your fear is valid, but my point is you can support to overcome it. 🙂
Hi Ajay, Sure. In Germany, even with lot of experience, still you can choose to be a developer instead of moving to manaerial role. If you're open to be a developer then chances are high.
Hi Jegan. I am from India having 12 years of Manual Testing experience in Software or IT field. Can i get a job in germany into Manual Testing/Software/IT field ? What will be the salary or package i would get in Germany or how much salary i should ask from HR if in case i get a call keeping my work total experience into consideration. Thanks in advance.
Hi Sumit, Sure. You can get a job here. Salary is subject to company, city and your role. It is not easy to provide a simple number. It could vary from 50k to 85k. As I said, based on company and city, you can quote a number. For small & medium sized companies you can quote up to 70k. For bigger companies, you quote more than that. Please note these numbers are just for your reference based on my interview experiences. So I suggest you to do your further research on cost of living of the city based on your interview and quote a number. Feel free to connect over LinkedIn to have a detailed discussion.
In a single stretch we can only bring for 3 months. But in this video (ua-cam.com/video/fiVdKiJB4-Q/v-deo.html), they are sharing some options but I am not sure if that is feasible when we are relying on our regular job.
