Alcohol bottles state exactly how many units there are so you know how much alcohol you are consuming. As for cigarettes it's advertised on the boxes themselves that they are deadly, and anyway there isn't an exact cut off of a certain number of cigarettes that will kill you. I very much support the decriminalisation and regulation of drugs exactly so that things like these dangerously strong pills don't get accidentally taken and end up in death.
I made the mistake to take a whole pill (180mg) for my very first time. I had never touched any other substances other than alcohol and weed before. Without being educated, I took the whole pill and after 1-2 hours of being full of energy, I had to sit down and then all my muscles gave up on me. My friends put headphones on my head and let me listen to PsyTrance (never heard that stuff before either). And it was the most intense first trip you could imagine. I'm not sure if I was close to dying, but I felt like I was, and I didn't care. It was as if I was flying through space, and I wasn't myself anymore. I was the music. Not sure if it's a good idea to start out with a higher dosis for your first time, but in my case it was the most beautiful experience I ever had.

Ecstasy abuse put my brother into a deep psychosis in 2016 and unleashed a world of mental pain upon him. From a healthy person to spending nearly 15 months in and out of a psych ward an on a rigid mental health plan. I literally witnessed him change into a shell of a human being before my eyes - a broken person. Ecstasy destroyed my family and my brother, although your experiences may be much more different and pleasant. He took his life in June 2018. I was recently caught with a gram of ketamine on me by the police on a night out. I had to spend the night in jail and at the very least I get a caution which lasts 6 years. I think this was really stupid as when I was stopped and searched by the officers I was completely compliant and friendly. I did everything they asked and gave them no haslte yet I get in trouble where as I've seen loads of people on nights out who have drugs massive amounts of alcohol and are very aggressive and no compliant to the police. The war on drugs is so stupid.

I'm a pretty big guy (6'2", 240lbs), and for me 90 to maybe 110 miligrams is a high enough dose. I actually prefer taking lower doses, around 60mg. You are much more aware of the experience, and are still clear enough to do some painting, play a musical instrument, do some mathematics. I can't imagine taking 200+ miligrams in a single dose. There's no need for doses that large.

the time i took mdma without testing: i was home preparing to go to a party and took two pills as usual. i got so numb i “fell asleep” on my couch. around 2hrs later i suddenly opened my eyes wide open, was pale, shivering, sweat all over my hands knees and feet. my cat came closer and my vision was so damaged i could barely see his shape, he’s a white cat so when i touched him i saw how pale i was. that’s when i knew that if i didn’t do something, i’d die right there. i gathered the last energy i had, ran to the bathroom and forced myself to throw up, i was literally gonna die right then and there. please, always check the dosage of your pills.

The real reason pills are so strong 220-300+ mg (and mandy is so weak - even though the purity is the highest its even been on average. Typically over 90%. Is due to the change in production methods put simply. There was a global shift from using pharmaceutically diverted PMK as a precursor to a new, perfectly legal to buy, unwatched by authorities, and solid in form at room temperature (so I guess easier to smuggle/not arouse suspicions) PMK-Glycidate or a similar Glycidic ester of PMK. This gets around the law/customs easier (as PMK comes in barrels AFAIK) AND it costs literally peanuts for kilogram quantities of the stuff. This is then put through a process known as Catalytic Hydrogenation typically using Platinum as the catalyst. (All publically available information - I am in no way involved in any of this /disclaimer.. 😀) This is a 2 part reaction done in the same reaction vessel (same pot basically) without any cleanup between the steps. I imagine the assumption made is that if they have done their calculations correctly then all of the Glycidate moiety will be cleaved off of the molecule leaving just PMK. This may well be the case.... so no problems so far (at least if they know WTF they're doing). What do you think happens to the Glycidate portion (in simple terms) that was stripped off of the PMK? Again, this is a 2 part reaction and they do not separate/cleanup/change vessels aka pots. Its still there! Present in solution. If you have a bit of a tolerance you can take a 150-250mg pill no problem, just dont do that if its your first time. As for the comedowns, I seriously dont understand what people are talking about, I take one 180mg pill a night for 4 days at a festival and I dont redose, in the morning im just tired, maybe a bit of a comedown, but its nothing a good 8h of sleep and vitamin c wont fix... What a great source of info. Just subbed. I just wanted to add, it's not just about weight. That's a great way to go for most, though. But there is a thing called "metabolizer statuses." Basically broken down into 4 groups: the Ultrarapid Metabolizer (that's me, which means I need more of the drug to get the "normal" effect), the Extensive Metabolizer (that's normal and most common), the intermediate metabolizer where a normal dose is way to much, and the Poor Metabolizer who breaks down these "meds" very slowly. Without a gene test, it's hard to know which you are, so breaking shit up is the greatest advice. Thanks for the advice!

You'd be able to tell if a pill had 300mg because the pill will be triple stacked... Also no dealer is just handing out 250/300mg pills for standard price, they let you know it's stronger than usual. If it doesn't smell like licorice, it's either bunk, or it's synthetic, made in a lab. Not saying synthetic is worse than the real stuff, but I do believe there's a difference. Also, the ld 50 for mdma is well over a gram. So while taking a full pill with 350mg may result in an intense, uncomfortable, neurotoxic and serotonin depleting experience with severe depression for a month afterwards, it would not be fatal in most people. I wouldn't recommend taking a full Dutch pill, but I agree with the producers: people should educate themselves.
my God.. the world has changed so much.. I am 30 now.. I occasionally consumed MDMA from the age of 16 to 21 (2006 - 2011) and at the time I never needed to think what's inside of each pill.. I always swallowed 2 pills at once for a start, and added third one after 2 hours.. Scheme always worked.. And now apparently it is dangerous even to swallow one pill at once :D :D :D
My ex girlfriend was an idiot because she said that you need to take 4 full pills before feeling anything. I have never taken more than 1 pill in my life and i have rolled a fair amount of times but i still feel the same effects. Also set & setting is pretty important.

1. Drink allot of water 2. Don't fall asleep 3. Maintain you're eyes open 4. Drink water but not allot but stay hydrated 5. I'm not saying these newer higher dose pills since 2010 aren't strong they are but compared to what we had in 1989/1990 they are quite different, something has changed, I don't get that 6 hour dance urge anymore or break out into a wonderful all body sweat so much and the rushes seem to have tapered a bit. Back then 120mg was a high dose yet it done more than a double stack pill does now, some experts say it's the prevalence of the R isomer rather than the S isomer. Really need to find out exactly what's changed..yes I know that MDA was a part of the old school pills but it wasn't as common as many people think.

Great video ! So many people take too much of these. It also has very bad effects on the long terms, i have seen a small girl eat 4 pills that i knew half a pill was enough for most, and feel very little effect ! I'm pretty sure she abused it and grew used to it or she took too many not long ago and her brain didn't get time to produce the serotonin again ps: i love how he clearly is used to breaking the pill into smaller pieces... says a lot lol
I did 3 and a half 220mgs ones during 6 hours not knowing it was 220 at first.(Also drank a shit ton of alcohol before i downed the pills) I´ve never felt better, no issues at all in the whole world.. Atleast that was the case during the night. When i tried to sleep i suddenly had paintings in my room, that was moving (I do not have any paintings) There was smoke or water running down the walls, shadows were moving and i could not stop hearing the music we had been blasting, (Psycadelic trance) 3 days after i triggered some sort of panic attack, and had to see a doctor to help me recover etc etc. This was about 5 months ago, i am still not fully recovered from the consequences i suffered. So yeah, do the pills with responsibility, order 5http pills they will help you recover, eat and drink alot of water the day after and before. Ofcourse drink water while your high aswell, but not to much! it´s easy to get paranoid and drink TOO much water. Happy safe raving:D
I used to take three at a time (triple drop) and keep one for later back in the early 2000's when ecstasy quality was on the decline, it was the best way of getting the full experience out of something that was most likely partially impure, even though I knew my dealer was reasonably good. It's better to just take a high dose of a single tablet than have to dangerously take three in one go. Back in the day of white doves one was enough for the entire night, the typical dose might be statistically low, but people desire a full high and that is only taken in strength.

You're right, that's a good addition. Spreading it out can be of little use and might bring you down for the second half of the week. (Although one pill spread out over two or three days probably won't be the end of you. It's just not a great experience, like drinking so much that it makes you sick.)
When people are educated, they can be safe. This channel does a great job education wise. Make sure you're careful when taking anything is the best advice though.
i think the issue might also be misinformation. there are still weak pills going around but of course they are maladvertised with high doses. so if you start off with a pill thats said to contain 200mg (maybe acquired through not so reliable sellers on raves) and get a moderate effect, you wont buy a pill thats said to contain 120mg later, even though it might be the same amount but labelled correctly.

Everyone says their pills are like 250-300mg even if theyre actually like 100mg so new users don’t really know how much that actually is. So that 150 will sound ridicilous even tho its already a high dose. This is also a problem cause when they actually get that 250mg pill they will eat it not knowing whats actually coming...
I recently took 3 ecstasy pills in less then 3 hours. I definitely remember peaking multiple times, and I was definitely sweating bullets. I was able to control myself and I felt a small amount of psychedelic to it (I characterized it as a 100ug trip, but I have always been a hard head when it comes to this stuff. Can anyone predict how many mg of mdma I actually took? I remember looking online and finding test results that said that the pill size was around 450mg and the ratio of mdma was 1. I don't know if this is believable though, cause 450mg is a fuck ton.
I hate a yellow Lego last night, and I have to say it didn’t feel exactly like I was rolling. I know you probably won’t believe me but the most pure mdma I ingested in one night was an entire 3 grams at once of uncut rock (3000mg) I was young, dumb and just bought 10 grams of dutch mdma straight from the Netherlands on the dark web for 80 Aussie dollars, I wanted to see what tripping out on md was like as I was curious to push my understanding of the experience in high doses. Next thing yknow I’m sitting on my bedroom floor talking to the wall as though I am still at my checkout-counter serving customers at work. (Worked at Coles at the time) and am scanning invisible items preparing them for invisible customers, all the while chatting merrily to them like a happy worker, my little brother then walks in and snaps me out of it temporarily saying “who are u talking to” I then looked down at myself and remembered where I was, and responded with.. “ I think I took WAY too much md” And that I did... but not without taking another 2 grams the following weekend which resulted in me violently shaking as though I was freezing cold but was dripping sweat and also had lockjaw, just sitting there on the couch looking insane. My youngest brother looked terrified but I was alright. Was good fun. The week after that i had just 1 gram swallowed at once with a tab of lsd, I was playing with my visuals if that makes sense, as in hand up toying with my visuals as they moved around. Good stuff ay? No. Read this below as to why the Producers have deliberately chosen to skew the risk/reward ratio towards an enormous risk for nothing other than greed and profiteering. And ruining the MDMA experience at the same time. Understand that this is known about by them and is being done deliberately. Bang on mate. I'm an old timer also.. I'm also an analytical chemist. The real reason pills are so strong 220-300+ mg (and mandy is so weak - even though the purity is the highest its even been on average. Typically over 90%. Is due to the change in production methods put simply. There was a global shift from using pharmaceutically diverted PMK as a precursor to a new, perfectly legal to buy, unwatched by authorities, and solid in form at room temperature (so I guess easier to smuggle/not arose suspicions) PMK-Glycidate or a similar Glycidic ester of PMK. This gets around the law number AND it costs literally peanuts for kilogram quantities of the stuff. This is then put through a process known as Catalytic Hydrogenation typically using Platinum as the catalyst. (All publically available information - I am in no way involved in any of this /disclaimer.. 😀) This is a 2 part reaction done in the same reaction vessel (same pot basically) without any cleanup between the steps. I imagine the assumption made is that if they have done their calculations correctly then all of the Glycidate moiety will be cleaved off of the molecule leaving just PMK. This may well be the case.... so no problems so far (at least if they know WTF they're doing). What do you think happens to the Glycidate portion (in simple terms) that was stripped off of the PMK? Again, this is a 2 part reaction and they do not separate/cleanup/change vessels aka pots. Its still there! Present in solution. Point is this creates a byproduct (M-ALPHA-HMCA) that has a significantly higher binding affinity to SERT AND NA than MDMA. This causes a blockade effect, essentially meaning the MDMA can't do its job. (MDDMA from impure Methylamine has a similar blockade effect also) /science. Pills are 300mg now because what would be a strong dose producing the full effect at 120ish mg of real product... produces a barely weak, short lasting and disphoric effect with this new stuff. 300mg of real MDMA will absolutely spanner you! Trust me I've lived it xD. Has nobody noticed the new "stronger" ecstasy has little to no empathy, connection within or music enhancement. There is also a slight edginess to it and aswell as that it is money as FUCK. Literally makes me curl up in a ball in a silent room away from people by about the 2 hour mark. This stuff is absolute fucking garbage! E used to be the most FUN you could ever have with your clothes on.
Depends how often you use it and how strong your pills are. But most of the time 1/4 of 1/2 will be the best effect. Ofcourse the effect will be a little decreased. Depends on what you prefer
I'm gonna be taking MDMA for my first time in 2 months. I have ~230 mg Pink Tesla ecstasy from Switzerland. Should I take half only or take a booster an hour in my roll? I was going to snort half and parachute the other as a booster. Is this too much my first time? I have prehypertension and some baseline anxiety.
yeah that's too much for your first time specially if you have anxiety... I don't know how much you weight but if you're like 60kg take 1/4 first. If you decide to take half of it first you'll probably have a harsh come up (anxiety and vomiting) but once it passes you'll be really really high and have the best time of your life. Dosing again on the space of one hour is too little... you shouldn't count the time. Just dose again when you feel the effect are wearing out. But if I were you I'd only take 1/4 first to avoid the harsh come up. And if you are feeling bad, just tell a friend, go to WC, vomit, wash your face with water and hug someone you trust if you're having anxiety. It really helps. Then just go and dance!!

only take half! even 50mg will produce a nice effect. and never snort it. It feels like you snorted sharp napalm glass. when it kicks in it feels a bit overwhelming and anxiety goes up a bit, but that stage only lasts about 15 minutes till you start rollin and you will just be in straight ecstacy

As far as I was aware, 500mg - 1 gram is the danger (lethal) zone (taken all at once), my best experiences using MDMA was when I took 250 - 300mg of pure MDMA crushed up and swallowed inside a rizzla, and I never took any less than 0.25 grams because otherwise I had a shit time, a good time on MDMA to me is when you can't control your facial expressions, you're hugging the grass literally, you melt into the sofa and feel the best experience of your life, me and my mates were so fucked that one time all 4 of us sat outside in the kids park BUTT NAKED at 3am, the standard for me now is I always take at least 0.4g... I never take exctasy pills because they're so weak and contain other stiumulants... Seriously people, you're missing out on the true MDMA experience... Warning: Only take large doses of MDMA with those you love and could share anything with and people you trust because it will put you in a very vulnerable state. Shorter version: Pills = Bad, weak, mixed Pure MDMA = Take 0.25g-0.4g for the best experience of your life
Sorry man.. not intended as a personal attack but this is bad advice to put out there as a generalisation. I have also taken enormous quantites of Mandy/pills back in my 20s... It's not so much the amount over the night taken... But the initial dose. As with mdxx, rapid tachyphylaxis kicks in within an hour or so.. so taking 3 strong pills or a .4 of very pure Mandy can be dangerous to A LOT of people. (You - and I - may have gotten away with this kind of debauchery because I am tall and weigh a bit... Also just always seemed to tolerate Ecstasy for some strange reason lol) I also loved 0.25-0.3g drops of super clean, lovely MD too! This was back around 2005/6ish. Triple dropped MDA swirls plenty of times also... Knocked me for six... proper spannered me HAHA good times. Viloent projectile vomiting and generally being a useless human rapidly ensued also! LOL This is NOT the case for many people.. this is in fact dangerous advice especially for a first dose. Taking more later when all of the cardio/temperature/water balance effects pretty much plateau out isn't nowhere near as bad... Still be careful! 3 of those MDA swirls to a small, thin girl would probably have resulted in ambulance being called. Same with doses of banging MD over 0.18 really. Please don't do this people. X

im 85kg and dosage lower than 180mg for me is fine, but what I call it : it doesnt break the shell. 200mg - I WILL RAVE TO THE END OF THE WORLD WITH MY FRIENDS, AND IT NEVER STOPS AT ONE. Alcohol bottles state exactly how many units there are so you know how much alcohol you are consuming. As for cigarettes it's advertised on the boxes themselves that they are deadly, and anyway there isn't an exact cut off of a certain number of cigarettes that will kill you. I very much support the decriminalisation and regulation of drugs exactly so that things like these dangerously strong pills don't get accidentally taken and end up in death.

I made the mistake to take a whole pill (180mg) for my very first time.
I had never touched any other substances other than alcohol and weed before.
Without being educated, I took the whole pill and after 1-2 hours of being full of energy,
I had to sit down and then all my muscles gave up on me.
My friends put headphones on my head and let me listen to PsyTrance (never heard that stuff before either).
And it was the most intense first trip you could imagine. I'm not sure if I was close to dying,
but I felt like I was, and I didn't care. It was as if I was flying through space, and I wasn't myself anymore.

Not sure if it's a good idea to start out with a higher dosis for your first time,

I was recently caught with a gram of ketamine on me by the police on a night out. I had to spend the night in jail and at the very least I get a caution which lasts 6 years. I think this was really stupid as when I was stopped and searched by the officers I was completely compliant and friendly. I did everything they asked and gave them no haslte yet I get in trouble where as I've seen loads of people on nights out who have drugs massive amounts of alcohol and are very aggressive and no compliant to the police. The war on drugs is so stupid.

I'm a pretty big guy (6'2", 240lbs), and for me 90 to maybe 110 miligrams is a high enough dose. I actually prefer taking lower doses, around 60mg. You are much more aware of the experience, and are still clear enough to do some painting, play a musical instrument, do some mathematics. I can't imagine taking 200+ miligrams in a single dose. There's no need for doses that large.

the time i took mdma without testing: i was home preparing to go to a party and took two pills as usual. i got so numb i “fell asleep” on my couch. around 2hrs later i suddenly opened my eyes wide open, was pale, shivering, sweat all over my hands knees and feet. my cat came closer and my vision was so damaged i could barely see his shape, he’s a white cat so when i touched him i saw how pale i was. that’s when i knew that if i didn’t do something, i’d die right there. i gathered the last energy i had, ran to the bathroom and forced myself to throw up, i was literally gonna die right then and there. please, always check the dosage of your pills.

I wonder if real MDMA is still being produced somewhere and if I have actually ever taken it. Perhaps the first E pills I took in 2014-2015...that would usually make me roll so hard and beautifully. Or perhaps that wasn't real MDMA either but I was just a virgin and were still experiencing the "magic" with those first few pills. (Even though everyone praises them as some of the best we've ever had in our country).

If you have a bit of a tolerance you can take a 150-250mg pill no problem, just dont do that if its your first time. As for the comedowns, I seriously dont understand what people are talking about, I take one 180mg pill a night for 4 days at a festival and I dont redose, in the morning im just tired, maybe a bit of a comedown, but its nothing a good 8h of sleep and vitamin c wont fix... Just dont do it more than once every month, I do it at 4-5 festivals a year and thats it...

What a great source of info. Just subbed. I just wanted to add, it's not just about weight. That's a great way to go for most, though. But there is a thing called "metabolizer statuses." Basically broken down into 4 groups: the Ultrarapid Metabolizer (that's me, which means I need more of the drug to get the "normal" effect), the Extensive Metabolizer (that's normal and most common), the intermediate metabolizer where a normal dose is way to much, and the Poor Metabolizer who breaks down these "meds" very slowly. Without a gene test, it's hard to know which you are, so breaking shit up is the greatest advice. Thanks for the advice!

If it doesn't smell like licorice, it's either bunk, or it's synthetic, made in a lab. Not saying synthetic is worse than the real stuff, but I do believe there's a difference. I don't like that they are cutting down rainforest in search of the sas, and that's a big problem in my opinion, so I have mixed feelings on synthetic. I believe in all natural when I can. I imagine the assumption made is that if they have done their calculations correctly then all of the Glycidate moiety will be cleaved off of the molecule leaving just PMK. This may well be the case.... so no problems so far (at least if they know WTF they're doing).
What do you think happens to the Glycidate portion (in simple terms) that was stripped off of the PMK? Again, this is a 2 part reaction and they do not separate/cleanup/change vessels aka pots. Its still there! Present in solution.
Point is this creates a byproduct (M-ALPHA-HMCA) that has a significantly higher binding affinity to SERT AND NA than MDMA. This causes a blockade effect, essentially meaning the MDMA can't do its job. (MDDMA from impure Methylamine has a similar blockade effect also) /science.
Pills are 300mg now because what would be a strong dose producing the full effect at 120ish mg of real product... produces a barely weak, short lasting and disphoric effect with this new stuff. 300mg of real MDMA will absolutely spanner you! Trust me I've lived it xD.
Has nobody noticed the new "stronger" ecstasy has little to no empathy, connection within or music enhancement. There is also a slight edginess to it and aswell as that it is money as FUCK. Literally makes me curl up in a ball in a silent room away from people by about the 2 hour mark.

Also, the ld 50 for mdma is well over a gram. So while taking a full pill with 350mg may result in an intense, uncomfortable, neurotoxic and serotonin depleting experience with severe depression for a month afterwards, it would not be fatal in most people. I wouldn't recommend taking a full Dutch pill, but I agree with the producers: people should educate themselves.

my God.. the world has changed so much.. I am 30 now.. I occasionally consumed MDMA from the age of 16 to 21 (2006 - 2011) and at the time I never needed to think what's inside of each pill.. I always swallowed 2 pills at once for a start, and added third one after 2 hours.. Scheme always worked.. And now apparently it is dangerous even to swallow one pill at once :D :D :D

I'm not saying these newer higher dose pills since 2010 aren't strong they are but compared to what we had in 1989/1990 they are quite different, something has changed, I don't get that 6 hour dance urge anymore or break out into a wonderful all body sweat so much and the rushes seem to have tapered a bit. Back then 120mg was a high dose yet it done more than a double stack pill does now, some experts say it's the prevalence of the R isomer rather than the S isomer. Really need to find out exactly what's changed..yes I know that MDA was a part of the old school pills but it wasn't as common as many people think.

Great video ! So many people take too much of these. It also has very bad effects on the long terms, i have seen a small girl eat 4 pills that i knew half a pill was enough for most, and feel very little effect ! I'm pretty sure she abused it and grew used to it or she took too many not long ago and her brain didn't get time to produce the serotonin again

I did 3 and a half 220mgs ones during 6 hours not knowing it was 220 at first.(Also drank a shit ton of alcohol before i downed the pills) I´ve never felt better, no issues at all in the whole world.. Atleast that was the case during the night. When i tried to sleep i suddenly had paintings in my room, that was moving (I do not have any paintings) There was smoke or water running down the walls, shadows were moving and i could not stop hearing the music we had been blasting, (Psycadelic trance) 3 days after i triggered some sort of panic attack, and had to see a doctor to help me recover etc etc. This was about 5 months ago, i am still not fully recovered from the consequences i suffered. So yeah, do the pills with responsibility, order 5http pills they will help you recover, eat and drink alot of water the day after and before. Ofcourse drink water while your high aswell, but not to much! it´s easy to get paranoid and drink TOO much water. Happy safe raving:D

I used to take three at a time (triple drop) and keep one for later back in the early 2000's when ecstasy quality was on the decline, it was the best way of getting the full experience out of something that was most likely partially impure, even though I knew my dealer was reasonably good. It's better to just take a high dose of a single tablet than have to dangerously take three in one go. Back in the day of white doves one was enough for the entire night, the typical dose might be statistically low, but people desire a full high and that is only taken in strength.

You're right, that's a good addition. Spreading it out can be of little use and might bring you down for the second half of the week.
(Although one pill spread out over two or three days probably won't be the end of you. It's just not a great experience, like drinking so much that it makes you sick.)

i think the issue might also be misinformation. there are still weak pills going around but of course they are maladvertised with high doses. so if you start off with a pill thats said to contain 200mg (maybe acquired through not so reliable sellers on raves) and get a moderate effect, you wont buy a pill thats said to contain 120mg later, even though it might be the same amount but labelled correctly.

I recently took 3 ecstasy pills in less then 3 hours. I definitely remember peaking multiple times, and I was definitely sweating bullets. I was able to control myself and I felt a small amount of psychedelic to it (I characterized it as a 100ug trip, but I have always been a hard head when it comes to this stuff. Can anyone predict how many mg of mdma I actually took? I remember looking online and finding test results that said that the pill size was around 450mg and the ratio of mdma was 1. I don't know if this is believable though, cause 450mg is a fuck ton.

Depends how often you use it and how strong your pills are. But most of the time 1/4 of 1/2 will be the best effect. Ofcourse the effect will be a little decreased. Depends on what you prefer

yeah that's too much for your first time specially if you have anxiety... I don't know how much you weight but if you're like 60kg take 1/4 first. If you decide to take half of it first you'll probably have a harsh come up (anxiety and vomiting) but once it passes you'll be really really high and have the best time of your life. Dosing again on the space of one hour is too little... you shouldn't count the time. Just dose again when you feel the effect are wearing out. But if I were you I'd only take 1/4 first to avoid the harsh come up. And if you are feeling bad, just tell a friend, go to WC, vomit, wash your face with water and hug someone you trust if you're having anxiety. It really helps. Then just go and dance!!

only take half! even 50mg will produce a nice effect. and never snort it. It feels like you snorted sharp napalm glass. when it kicks in it feels a bit overwhelming and anxiety goes up a bit, but that stage only lasts about 15 minutes till you start rollin and you will just be in straight ecstacy

I don't want it to be overwhelming and I also don't want a bad comedown multiplied by 2. I should stick with half a pill and pop it? I want a great roll but no harsh comedown and no adverse reactions. Going for HR.

As far as I was aware, 500mg - 1 gram is the danger (lethal) zone (taken all at once), my best experiences using MDMA was when I took 250 - 300mg of pure MDMA crushed up and swallowed inside a rizzla, and I never took any less than 0.25 grams because otherwise I had a shit time, a good time on MDMA to me is when you can't control your facial expressions, you're hugging the grass literally, you melt into the sofa and feel the best experience of your life, me and my mates were so fucked that one time all 4 of us sat outside in the kids park BUTT NAKED at 3am, the standard for me now is I always take at least 0.4g... I never take exctasy pills because they're so weak and contain other stiumulants... Seriously people, you're missing out on the true MDMA experience... Warning: Only take large doses of MDMA with those you love and could share anything with and people you trust because it will put you in a very vulnerable state.
Shorter version:
Pills = Bad, weak, mixed
Pure MDMA = Take 0.25g-0.4g for the best experience of your life

Sorry man.. not intended as a personal attack but this is bad advice to put out there as a generalisation.
I have also taken enormous quantites of Mandy/pills back in my 20s... It's not so much the amount over the night taken... But the initial dose.
As with mdxx, rapid tachyphylaxis kicks in within an hour or so.. so taking 3 strong pills or a .4 of very pure Mandy can be dangerous to A LOT of people. (You - and I - may have gotten away with this kind of debauchery because I am tall and weigh a bit... Also just always seemed to tolerate Ecstasy for some strange reason lol)
I also loved 0.25-0.3g drops of super clean, lovely MD too! This was back around 2005/6ish. Triple dropped MDA swirls plenty of times also... Knocked me for six... proper spannered me HAHA good times. Viloent projectile vomiting and generally being a useless human rapidly ensued also! LOL
This is NOT the case for many people.. this is in fact dangerous advice especially for a first dose. Taking more later when all of the cardio/temperature/water balance effects pretty much plateau out isn't nowhere near as bad... Still be careful!
3 of those MDA swirls to a small, thin girl would probably have resulted in ambulance being called. Same with doses of banging MD over 0.18 really.

Also, 'new' MD is so much weaker per mg than the 'good' stuff. Not saying it ain't still out there... It defo is.
Don't get caught with your pants down boshing .4 of MD because .25 ain't quite enough... Trust me, if you get the real stuff that's made properly.. .25 will have you mashed more than you've ever been in your life.

im 85kg and dosage lower than 180mg for me is fine, but what I call it : it doesnt break the shell. 200mg - I WILL RAVE TO THE END OF THE WORLD WITH MY FRIENDS, AND IT NEVER STOPS AT ONE. I always say days later that I shouldn't, but these nights also always deliver magic nights with lots of memories to remember to the end of my life... I am pretty sure there are lots of people who understand my statement. :) Have fun guys and always use your head first.
