He should be charged with murder and attempted murder. He watched that woman suffer and die and knew what was wrong with her the whole time and never said a word. Had he at least spoken up she may still be here; she could’ve received the proper treatment. Now she’s gone and he’s still alive because he’s being treated.

AIDS test is not always done. Idk why they have to ask you if you want std tests and AIDS test is always separate. You would think these tests would be standard.

The doctor treated her for cancer, so testing for hiv or aid was not sent for. It is just like when you get sick and when you go see a doctor it can be various illnesses. There's no magical just one test that the doctor can use on patients, and it will tell you everything that you have. It's a process.
It's easy to miss if you aren't looking for it. I know of a 46yF who wasn't diagnosed until she ended up with long COVID. They didn't find the HIV until they were trying to find out why she didn't easily shake the Covid. It's not a standard test. A simple finger stick can find it, but it's NOT a routine test.

It’s very easy, actually. Her symptoms were attributed to her cancer diagnosis. Since she was not in a high-risk group for HIV, a HIV test may have not been considered by her or her doctor. She was older , married, and hopefully didn’t use IV drugs. An HIV test is not a routine test. Legally, doctors can not just test you for it. You have to agree to be tested and sign a consent form, unlike screens for cancer and your typical lab work, such as a complete metabolic panel or a complete blood count. We must take personal responsibility and never assume. We must always request to have these test done. Hospitals have been sued for revealing an HIV diagnosis to patients who did not consent.
My sister's BF died the same way. Her husband was in the streets, knew he had HiV, infected her & didn't say a word. She passed with Aids & that evil MF is still here.

It's a death sentence for those who don't know because their partners stay silent , it's also a death sentence for those who don't have insurance because most medicines are thru the roof when your paying out of pocket, not to mention the cost of doctor visits out of pocket . Hi Mary, I work in healthcare. For some reason the medicine is covered for most people who have HIV. You do not need insurance. Some states are better then others as for as having the medication and resources to help the people. When you think about it..... Why would this be free? I keep hearing over and over and over from interviewers that "It not a death sentence". IT DOESNT MATTER! That's not how it works.
How does a cancer patient not get blood screened for everything, since cancer affects everything. Undiagnosed for 5 years while being an active cancer patient that's kind of odd right?
The person had to request a AIDS and HIV test. Doctors just can't test you with out your permission. When you are pregnant the doctor got to test you for everything to make sure the unborn baby is safe that's mandatory.

This is why I have nothing to do with a man from that region. People have to understand that being gay or bisexual doesn't make you have HIV, the problem is that males by nature have a heightened sex drive and when testosterone meets testosterone, behaviors become risky. Normal situations meaning between male and female, the female sex drive is not as strong as the males is and she can think more clearly in the time of heat. The problem with women today is that women have been coerced into having sexual desires as a man and freaky all in that Atlanta region has gone rampant. @lovesgucci, yes they were together during both bouts of cancer and Chemo and he was residing in the home watching her health continue to decline and he never said one word, not one word to anyone including her doctors. No, she did not know (Thank GOD). The hospital informed "the demon" and her daughters three days before she was taken off the ventilator that she has full-blown untreated AIDS. The demon denied having HIV/AIDS at the time of her death.
Not sure if the family/docs was able to tell her before she passed but the family said they were told it was best to remove her from the ventilator bc she wasn’t going to make it due to having full blown aids from him not letting her know. Either way it’s such a heartbreaking scary story

HIV and AIDS are not routine check ups. You got to request your doctor to test you. Doctors can't test you without your permission. Pregnant women is a mandatory routine check up no matter what.
