IMO, shotzzy cant be measured by KD, he's a walking playmaker on the map, at least from casual viewer perspective. Yes his numbers arent the greatest sometimes but he is also a player that just gets better throughout the year as he learns the game, there are minimal times where hes straight up costing

Shotzzy is the epitome of creating a problem and then offering a solution. You don’t get credit for that. I see Pat’s frustration.
Exactly. Shottzy is so good at creating self inflicted problems for Texas. But being able to bail them out and fix those problems himself. The problem against Faze is that the slaying wasn’t apparent so those problems bloom to the point of not being able to fix it in time. Especially from Bruce and Pred.
I’d move Shottzy A but that’s just me. Hopefully they turn it around and take out major 3

Especially That last skidrow P4 to5 they should chalked it off at 20 and setup, faze couldn’t win on p4 it was all on the p5 and they kept hitting old, p5 is such a money hill it didn’t make any sense.,
@@adamslaughter8121 yeah they definitely should’ve rotated at 40-35 seconds. I think they were trying to play for Kenny getting a Cruise but got team naded. But those kinda situations require a lot more focus from them. Was a solid series tho both the winners final and grand final

Good tier list, agree with most just can't see gwinn next to kis and sib let alone above envoy and insight (even with the major performances in mind). Also saw a few comments and I agree that shotzzy is a walking playmaker but he also is sometimes the solution to the problem he is causing in the hp, reminds me of other 50/50 subs like kremp and vivid. Definitely a case to be made for slowing down for first rotation of hills and then pick up the pace with map control and hopefully a good lead.

I’d agree with him being A, if faze had lost. But he did contribute in faze winning the major/finals. So S is fine
hes a lil inconsistent. Sometimes he will straight carry but other games its clear hes being carried by three better players

I can see why you put Kis in A, but his ability to change play speed allowing mini-takeover periods mid-match and then slow down to match his team's flow just seem absolutely unparalleled.

I agree with almost everything you said about Shotzzy but he’s still my favorite player by far.
I’ve always been obsessed with playing the game slightly out of the box since my Halo 3 days and Shotzzy reminds me of the kid I was going “yeah everyone’s doing that but what if someone did this?”

Honestly this a great list i would have dashy in A he didn’t play super good at all against faze and shottzy def is S tier but he’s the only play maker on that team which gets tough for him he’s not in the best situation so he’s not a KD guy and he even said it himself that he is more focused on making the right play and tryna win the game
This is just not true. If you watched the finals Kenny was the only one making plays, and what do you mean he’s not in the best situation, optic get whatever plays they want in the off season and they just pred he is in the situation he wants to be
Shottzy is top of Z online but low S or high A on LAN since his worldstar playstyle doesn't translate quite as well vs the other best teams. On a side note, i think gwinn is the best player not on a top 4 team and really wish he could swap places with Purj and probably create a real 5th best team that can hang with the other 4. Also im not sure anyone other than Gio is even close in the rookie of the year since he is solo carrying the ravens to any wins they get

It’s simple. The reason why abezy and simp are the best subs is because they’re disciplined. Shotzzy is too impulsive. Yes, the style in which he plays is unique but I see him becoming Z Tier with more discipline

Idk why people try to compare dashy to scrap, when in reality they should be comparing scrap to kenny since thats their counterpart role. Dashy is a main AR, he should be compared to other mains, and so far hes done his job besides LITERALLY against faze thats it. Optic have only really lost to faze and when u have cellium the most ridiculous stat guy in the history of cod it’s hard to keep pace 😂.

Not once did I say that I know more than Octane. Every pro is gonna have a different tier list based on bias and what they value more. Octane subjectively values dashy more because he played dashy's role. Dashy is simply not on the same level as the people in the S tier, and he hasn't been all year.@@asics4224

It's insanity to think teams in a professional esports league spent $25 million to get a spot then won't spend the money to get the team somewhere to play together, it's mind numbing. They could literally rent a studio apartment for them just to practice and play. If the ownership isn't committed enough to give them a place to play it's hard to imagine the team being committed.

Pred didn't perform this major for him being a top-tier player. I hope he focuses and gets better or Optic is fucked, next major. Bruce didnt play well against Faze which contributed to them losing.
Pred was literally him the entire stage and major until the winners finals and grandfinals where dashy and shotzzy joined him in getting rinsed. the recency bias is insane. he is without a doubt their best player and the rest are tied behind him.
Guys, I am not saying pred is bad at all. But Kenny and shotzzy made more game-changing moments. Pred is a great player, especially in search most the time. But when you listen to coms they are making sure they get shotzzy over any other player and I feel like that in itself shows who the other teams are scared of. And optic uses that to flank and make plays while they hunt shotzzy. I think now optic is on point, and no one should leave. I just think this major he was a little behind the others.

Definitely messed up on hydra remember we are speaking only on major 2 - Other than his faze performance online he didn't do great against great teams even in the optic series to lose when they both 6-0 on final quals match before the event. At the event he also struggled against the teams he played look at his stats against the two series he played against top 4 teams. I think Hydra for the season definitely Z tier but for major 2 S max maybe even A and Caesar S for sure
I get it’s only for stage two and Shotzzy was going insane online, but he is extremely inconsistent and relies on his gunny and getting timings in order to perform well. It showed against faze bc simp and abezy were shooting straight at and Shotzzy couldn’t get going. The guy is insane at times and looks unstoppable and other times just throws maps, I don’t think you can put someone you can’t rely on in finals in S tier

Scrap is absolutely the best AR in the league and it’s not even close.. If Jamie and Dyl had a better event I could easily guarantee a Toronto and Faze rematch, but Dyl and Jamie pooped the bed big time
Shotzzy respectfully a Z. Yeah he has 50/50 plays but he won maps. Online was crazy breaking records then when the event came he kept his consistency alongside the risky playstyle he has.
Did he really? He had some horrendous starts to some maps on LAN and was consistently outplayed by Faze smgs head to head in the most important matches.
