Hi everyone! Come try out this new recipe for Dakbokkeumtang, a Korean spicy braised chicken that's savory and filling!
Ingredients List:
1 x onion
4 x green onion
6 x garlic
1 lb. white or gold potatoes
2 T vegetable oil
3 lb. chicken (this recipe uses drums and thighs)
1/4 c gochugaru
1/4 c soy sauce
1/4 c gochujang
3 c water
1 T sugar
1 T sesame oil
1 T salt
1 t black pepper
