I was invited to this guys stream and within the first 2 minutes could tell he was slimy. New seller with all the largest sellers simping like I’ve never seen. They were all duped. Somehow my intuition kicked in. I could smell him from a mile away. Stick with trusted sellers for big purchases, the end.

You have to manually create the label. Once you create them, the funds are deposited. Whatnot eats all the cost for things like this, unless he is being honest about refunding it. I'm honestly not even sure how to return funds, once paid.

We auction at whatnot and are in early payout....the labels arent generated until you manually enter in the weight of the complete wrapped/boxed package and print tge labels. The labels arent automatically generated. In order to get paid, we have to enter the weight and then print/generate the labels. Hes a complete scammer
I don’t have to do that . Weight was entered when the product was listed on whatnot and the label auto generated I just had to download and print it out

Whatnot allows for 11 days before being able to report a non shipment. I was shocked it was this long. So you can rip someone off for a long stretch
They emailed me to ship items I sold over the weekend, before the post office was even open. That was only 2 days, so this is crazy
You have to report it wasn’t shipped it’s not automated. From what I hear he was stringing people along. Making them think he had it handled.

I've dealt with all these ppl on whatnot over the last 10 months and 95% of everyone I've had transactions with were good reliable honest sellers. That being said there are definitely bad players as there are anywhere. You have to use common sense and be careful any time you're doing any transactions on any platform. I protect myself by only doing business with upstanding streamers when spending large amounts of money on pokemon products. For anyone who ends up reading this comment if you're on Whatnot and looking to buy pokemon here is who you can trust. Pokebase, Pokemonbutler,and Exxtra. These 3 streamers are trustworthy and totally transparent and will always go above and beyond to make sure everything is 100% above board.

Hello, I am in the discord and I will say the direction of the conversation definitely shifted after the refunds came in, making most people whole. I’m not a streamer, but I’m thankful the discord came together to help me get my money back. Shout out to whatnot support for taking one on the chin for me.
Did the Discord help with that though or were you going to get a refund regardless?
I was concerned before the discord that it was a scam. The victims in the discord helped me to confirm my suspicions, and as a group, I felt we helped each other through the refund process, which was not as straightforward as you would think. Rick’s comments in the video do not make me feel any closure about the situation. I was made whole, but the reasoning behind the delayed shipments seemed very suspicious, even in ricks comments here. If Rick was telling any amount of truth, a lot of this would be cleared via better communication on his part, but we will never know.
Whatnot screwed me before I never shout them out. But there's. Afew things I like about them

As someone who sells on what not and eBay I would say just try out sellers. Buy one or two items and test the waters. Watch a stream or two before buying but I know a lot of honest sellers and they are good people.

This guy honestly sounds like a narcissist when I listen to him talk over the phone. I've dealt with them before. They are very good at making themselves out to look like the good guy and making you feel bad for them, even when you know flat out he's doing terrible things.
I feel like this guy is being genuine. He seems like he did a lot of good things and got shit on by people he associated with.

Yeah labels aren’t automatically created. Sellers have to create them when managing their shipments
After 1000 sales labels have to be created to trigger payout. So this scammer is making labels to get payment then never ships
why not take him to court have him served if he dont pay or refund have the judge put a lien on his home. lol
Ay im a whatnot streamer and were not all like that 🤣 you do have to be careful on there but same with every platform. I only stream maybe once a month and im very small and happy with being low key. I sell singles below tcgplayer/pricecharting because i feel for people who want cards but dont want to pay these outrageous prices

Hi Rattle, this is Mhaynes5050(the rockets zapdos guy, lol). I am not a streamer and just collect. I think your differences and personal opinions with some of these streamers involved may have altered your view on what actually happened here. Take away all the hearsay and speculation of much of what was talked about in the discord about range rovers, side deals gone bad and so on, there was still 1 simple thing Rick can't answer clearly, where was everyones cards from the last month he streamed. BTW, he never showed the 2nd Zapdos. He just said he has plenty of cards. "5000 sq ft of cards" to be exact. The reality is, even with possible illness, he had time to continue streaming almost every night, he had time to go to Collecticon, but he didn't have time to send out people's orders. I had a little over $1000 in orders that weren't sent and Whatnot refunded me for everything. Thanks Whatnot. On the other hand, Rick sold 3 or 4(probably really 1) shadowless Charizards all within 1 week, all for over $1500 each and nobody received any of them. I don't know much about what actual side deals Rick and these guys were doing and however much they lost, but it should be a learning experience for them. What I can confirm is that there was over 10 streams that people didn't get their orders shipped and the smallest of those streams had over $2000 in cards. Rick would always do 30-50 card streams. The cards always went up in order from what he thought was the least expensive to the most expensive. On some of these nights the lowest cards were around $10 and the highest was over $2000. He had at least 2 people that bought over $5000 in cards and never received them. So $100k might be a little steep, but at least $20k+ was never shipped. So, as far as Rick is concerned, did he purposely try to rob us, we will never know. But what we 100% know for sure is Rick didn't prioritize sending people cards in the last month he was on whatnot and his excuses for not sending things out varied in many cases based on the written messages we all posted. Those are facts that we have proof of and any excuses now can't change that. Lastly, as far as the theory that this was all organized as an effort to take down an up and coming streamer that the other streamers posed as a threat, I call BS. I don't stream, Rick was my favorite streamer for the 1st month or 2 I was on whatnot, but when you buy cards, you expect cards.

So many subtle verbal jabs from Rattle this video 😂 It’s hard to have sympathy for these people. Just the way these whatnot sellers talk, shows that they have no professionalism and most likely have been incarcerated at some point.
I have been apart of sliccrick streams since the very beginning when he only had 200 sales. I sadly introduced a lot of people to him who ended up getting scammed. Even though I have received every package for every order (gotta give credit where it’s due) a lot of very good people didn’t receive theirs and that’s heartbreaking to me.
I’ll never understand why I received every single thing I ordered, maybe intimidation? I do have a semi large social media following that he knew about and maybe knew I could easily out him if he did me wrong? ..idk.
But in the end, whatnot justice was served now we need to get justice for those who sent payments through other sources.
I also wanna add that when he would end his streams he would always say “remember there’s plenty of d*cks out there don’t be one of them”

Your first video criticizes whatnot for not immediately lifetime banning the seller accused of scamming. But then you get yourself kicked out of the accuser discord and defend the alleged scammer. If they had banned him outright without investigating, then how would they know it wasn’t a false allegation like you imply it might be? Also, you’ve probably hurt legitimate sellers more than the alleged scammer. Respect what you’re trying to do but you just exhibited why whatnot doesn’t immediately ban without investigating
