Introducing Polyprint’s automatic pre-treatment machine, PreTreater Pro! The premium machine, designed and manufactured according to DTG customer needs! Benefit from its robust construction for the most demanding printing environments and its “Box-in-a-Box” design for a clean workspace. Enjoy consistent and uniform spraying over a max. 16x20 inch (41x60 cm) spay area with the help of four large diameter spraying nozzles. Automatically switch between two pre-treatment liquids for dark or light garments.
Operate the entire machine from a 7 inch touchscreen with 5 preselected and 10 custom presets. Get a precise spraying area selection, due to its ‘Grid’ & ‘Linear’ edit modes. Choose your garment’s orientation (180 degrees rotation). Keep track of your production with Job & Consumption Calculators and take advantage of the Production mode for fast and easy pre-treating. Automate your workflow with the ‘Scan-to-Spray’ barcode feature. Be reassured by an intuitive Notification System and avoid common errors.
Enjoy easy maintenance with an automated turn on and shutdown process with minimum liquid waste. Meanwhile, the Auto Re-circulation system ensures liquid homogeneity and provides consistent uniform spraying.
