I'm lucky enough to live in Greenville, SC so I've been to a couple. The expo is awesome! Great deals on anything you want!! (Fishing/boating related). It's definitely a great time!!
What an awesome bassmaster classic! My favorite part was when Hank Cherry won and the guy said Cherry on top!

The rat-l-trap is my no 1 confidence hard bait. We just need some more cold weather down here in florid@ to delay the spawn so I can get my new boat! It arrived @t Bass Pro over the weekend but it still going to be 2 weeks or so until it’s ready. Everyone needs to pray for cold weather here in Florida 🥶🥶🥶 let it snow!!
What if your boat gets delayed ?? Nitro?
@@kevinflabouyfishing5739 well the boat is already here and they have already started to install the dealer options so short of the zombie apocalypse starting in the next week or so there should be no issue😎. Of course if it does snow around here I still won’t be heading outside ...🥶
Any way to know what the tagged fish was for that Cherry caught?
I know it’s probably been a long long time ago, but when was the last year that they all fished out of identical Ranger boats, in the classic? That was cool how they used to do that.
when I went to the one in New Orleans in 2003 the final day was my birthday, August 3rd - the hottest time of the year. now they do them in March... when it's still cold. have y'all not considered doing them in, I dunno... May or June? when the weather is... ya know, ideal?

My dad was taking me out of school so much as a kid - they threatened to hold me back a year. Every Wednesday and Friday at 1 PM dad got me out of school.
As long as I kept my grades up nothing they could do.
But he would pick me up towing the boat. Pretty obvious what we were up to.
His argument was my mother was working.
Dad could have went pro. But you have to have a special wife to leave home for a month or 2. No way my mother could manage me and my brother by herself.
Looking back, I think my father resented having kids. He was there. The opportunity was there - but he had a family.
So everyone looks at the pros and gets all Googley eyed. Well, there is a absent father and husband in that house hold. Not to mention the pro is traveling constantly. You have to have someone back home holding the fort down.
NOT an easy life.

Its just not the same without the big names fishing. No disrespect to hank but i think the end results wouldve bee different had they been fishing
So would Hank not have caught 29 pounds on Day 1 or what? Plus, Hank has almost won past Classics before, so it's not out of his realm of ability.
Hank has been good for a long time but I agree the competition around him is not as good as it was thats just the facts.
Im not saying hank wouldnt have caught 29 pounds on day 1 im saying that there likely wouldve been more people than him catching that weight. Ill always be a bassmaster fan. I do not like mlf. Im saying that more big names coming back in is going to make it more exciting. I was not trying to offend you or hank.

Bassmaster is always a day late on everything. This should've been released the week following, not 9 months later. Support your fans and get with the times!!
Due to TV contracts, cant post the TV shows until at least a month after they've aired. We posted the full LIVE show of the Classic months ago and wanted to save this as a great memory a reminder once the season ended.
The TV shows have also been on Bassmaster.com since earlier in 2020.
