its a tutorial on how to make eyes blink its really helpful :)
Making them blink is around the same as this except u have just their eye, a layer where u erase their eye, and a layer where u have the upper eyelashes

literally one of the only tutorials i could find that helps (you can do this on capcut just by the keyframes!)
I love the simplicity of this one it is easy and quick to understand! I am not very bright so I like simple tutorials like this 💕 I also have the attention span of a goldfish so short simple videos like this help a lot

I tried to do this, but when i did the rotating, it didn't move the image when i played the video and just kinda... froze. any tips?
Make sure that layer is on top and also, use rotation on that layer that you want to animate. If this doesn't work, that means it's the app that's freezing.

Then, go to alight motion and put the pictures that ur going to animate, and you go to move and transform and BOOM!! There u go. Im nit good at explaining but if u need questions, i’ll be glad to help 😁

everytime i do it there's a white outline how do i get rid of that?
You might how to erase it using the eraser tool and patch/fix it up with the brush tool. Like I said before, just experiment and have fun with it! :)

Okay, so on ibis paint after you finished separating the picture in layers you just have to open the layer window and save the layer you want o/
tbhk fandom has the best edits and thats a fact
Hey I’m having some issues with the rotating animation part, mind dumbing it down for me?
If you're rotating something, I recommend you go to the ←↑→ icon and adjust you picture however you'd like. I also recommend you copy my graph from the video if you want it to look a bit cleaner. When you copy my graph, make sure everything has the same graph! Did that make it a bit more understandable-? :)
JustPeachy! Not really..and I’m also using my tablet instead so I don’t see the box with the arrows either :( sorry I’m extremely new to this app and none of the videos in the tutorial really helped
I'm sorry, I couldn't really help :/ I suggest you learn from a few easy tutorials and then you can come back to learn how to animate manga panels once you think you're ready! :))

If you're uploading a black and white image on Ibis Paint, just select the available option and everything white will automatically become transparent so you won't have to remove any background
