Thanks so much for this video. Ive also been doing some research but you have done it for me. Im so excited to go and check this place out. Literally a mall of gemstones!
Bro, you are in motherlode! Do networking, make friends, make clients in germany and you can make it big. Congrats you made it to Thailand :D ! Im looking forward for the future content! Make more videos from the JTC please. BTW Tanzanite is soft. Thats why it is not much demand for it. Its unusable in engagement rings. It will chip in no time.
Bangkok is a little more than 3 times bigger than newyork in sheer size. Many cant grasp how big the city is..u can get anything here and it's safer than any western city.
06:33 looks like muzo emeralds, chrome sphene is more unique with rainbows dispersion, but todays market flooded by sphene, so the price is quite drop around 100$ per carat with good quality (full of rainbow dispersion)
"The old area nearby, called Mahaesak, used to be the center before they built this building. Jewelry shops are still scattered around that area, outside of the Jewery Trade Centre tower.
It's not hard to understand why emeralds are so cheap. Oiling is not a bad thing for emeralds, but they are both oiled and dyed. Usually Indian fraudsters dye the beryls green. I would definitely not buy them.
Was thinking same thing brother🙏🏾 also when he said more emeralds than Sapphire I was like no no more of those type of "emerald" with dye than Sapphire , but less natural emerald than Sapphire right!

Best emeralds r from Sawat, Pakistan
How can you actually tell those are real or synthetics? Are you able to tell just with your eyes or you need to go to a lab?
He us definitely not able to
They could have lab created gems there to
They have a LOT of lab gems in thailand and a lot of scammers. It is very easy for non-professionals to get scammed in the gem markets of Thailand.
Dont trust about the “ heated only “ sapphire for 50 carats with that color tone!
you are invite to jakarta gems center indonesia bro
10:00 he keeps saying that minerals name with a heavy heavy accent. Anyone know what the name of the mineral he's trying say?
Sphene
@@agathafayme9842 ah ok, Titanite, sorry the accent and outdated term threw me off.
I paid 300... yea, right... per carat, haha
