Wow! The coloured glue at the end really brought the whole muniature to another level 👏👏👏 I'm not sure I'll ever dare... Will it come off easilh if one regrets applying it? Or will it leave permanent damage on the figure? It always strikes me to see how each brush stroke you paint makes a difference. Your work is truly inspiring. Keep it up! 😊
Hey Mariano, thanks so much for your kind words! I’m very happy to know you enjoyed this video and it’s so lovely to hear from you again. The glue is a great way of adding that extra level of gore and detail in a very quick and easy way. It can dry and stick to the models for sure. I haven’t tried to remove it from any models so I don’t know much about it damaging any minis. Thanks again so much for dropping by. I appreciate your time and comments on the video as always my friend, it really does help the channel. Please take care of yourself and I’ll see you soon.
Yes! Yes! Yes! Thank you very much for that video, now i'm confident enough to start with my lickers. But i was always wondering: it seems that everyone says that you should add colors in multiple layers but your painting technique looks like you only stroke the brush once and there's already the full bodied color on the mini, how do you do that?
Hey Eric thank you so much for the kind words my friend. You should always thin your paint and paint in multiple layers as it creates a much nicer and smoother transition. The reason the paint seems to stick in few layers is just my own personal preference of how thin the paint is. Every painter has their own comfortable consistency when they paint and it’s something that takes a little bit of practice to get just how you like it. It’s all about making sure you have a consistency and a style/vibrancy that you are comfortable with. Something else to keep in mind is the paint brands that you use also. Different brands have different consistency and take to models in different ways. I hope this info helps you out my friend. I’m really happy that you enjoyed the video and I am very grateful to you for your time and great comment. Thanks so much for watching, take care.
Hi javier that’s a great question. I do always put at least one layer of a matte varnish over the finished models. This will tie the colours together nicely and it also protects the models too. I hope this helps you out, thank you so much for watching!

Hi Dan! Great tutorial! One question. Do you apply any varnish layer once the miniature is finished? I’m just beginning and do not know. Thanks!

@@Bread0fHeaven any specific brand or model? Thanks for answering!
@@javiergarre5205 I normally use Vallejo air brush matte varnish but I apply it with a brush and it works great 👍🏻
