If you can work from home 100% then that’s it, you can work abroad. Nothing special needed. In terms of visas, it depends where you pay tax and what the nature of your business is. I own a business that is registered in Australia. All my work is done with Australian citizens within Australia. So, I pay tax there and work there. The visa doesn’t matter for me. But, if you were a photographer, or a tour guide, or something that required you to work in the local place, you would need a business visa most likely.
