I'm 31 and I agree. I may be old but I still feel young
Man this brings back so many great memories as a kid. A timeless classic for side-scroller arcade game for sure.
Takes me back to 2002-2003 When I used to play this game and i was in 8th grade then. Aah. memories.. those old good days.
My childhood is almost complete.. I could never have gotten past the lava stage with my game boy advance around 7-8 years ago. (8-9 years old). Now I have to know how curious George, contra and Prince of Persia ended.
My mom did the lava stage always for me
I remember watching my dad play this in the early 2000s when i was 3 or 4 years old. Im 16 now. I kept thinking of this memory and when i finally search it up its here. Brings back memories for me for sure. Love the old games. I even remember playing a Disney princess game on my gameboy when i was younger as well. It was probably a couple years after this.
in the past, i have the super nintendo version borrowed from a friend, then my girlfriend has all game boy games (including color and advance) and boom game boy player and done!
and the game boy advance version sounds more epic. with that game boy base at the same time the tracks play. its great.
final fantasy iv, v, and vi advance has also that form of tracks. magical quest 1 has pure 8 bit nes style randition of the tracks. part 2 and 3 has again the base.
So much nostalgia it makes me sick, I remember failing so much with this as a kid
I remember this game😿
I play it when i was 6 years old
Tpday im 20
this game was soo flipping hard!!!
T Rahman 😭
T Rahman still is
You are right bro very hard
I played lv1 like 30 minutes lol
true i can't even pass level 2 😂
Wow! I never actually realised Disney re-released this game for the GBA! This game was always one of my favourite SNES games. I wonder why Disney decided to release this one? Surely Aladdin wasn't really relevant at this point!
Because, fans would agree taking an famous SNES onto an GBA hardware...😅
I mean its still relevant today and have gotten a live action remake. Why is it not relevant? At the time of rerelease?
I wasn't aware of the Game Boy Advance re-release either! You have to understand that Disney's big properties, like The Lion King, Pirates, Aladdin, etc., will always be relevant. They are hugely popular among all audiences. Disney is going to consistently release and re-release products associated with these franchises. It's the exact same reason why Disney will re-release a cartoon like The Little Mermaid or Cinderella on video, DVD, Blu-ray, Diamond Edition Blu-ray, etc. over and over again every couple of years. Aladdin was very popular at release (remember, two direct-to-video sequels followed and a children's cartoon in the following years). The Virgin and Capcom video games were also very popular. Even now we see the re-release of several 8-bit and 16-bit Disney video games on current platforms.
It's been almost 8-9 years since I played this game ,good old days❤️❤️
I played this like in 2013 or 2014
Wake me up wake me up inside cant wake up cant wake up
I didn't even know a port was available. I would of played the heck out of this as a kid!
I always died at the part where they started flying on the carpet through the cave. After watching this person play I realized how much of a boss I was at this. I am totally finding this and playing it again.
MISS THISSS
I cant remember when I played this but I was very very young. I am 26 Now and it randomly came to my mind. The sounds are so familiar. It all just clicks.. I remember it so well.
Show, momentos da minha infância!!!
I used to play this game when I was 7 and now I'm 26. Time flies so fast
I miss my childhood, I played this game back 1997!! Love those moments❤❤
Kindly send me the link of this game than i download
Unless you're talking about the original SNES version, it's impossible you played that one in 1997.
I have to say, that the parkour in this game was pretty smoothly done ^^
I remember my childhood after watching this
I used to play this game about 14 years ago
I could not cross that volcanic level on carpet
But now i have seen all the complete game
Thank you so much for making this video
Love you so much
I played this game when i was 10-11. Back then life was easy and game was tough.
Now as an unemployed engineering graduate, both life and this game looks equally tough 😣😣😣
OMG! This play through seems so easy!
I can never beat the third level when I was younger!
Yee
I used to play this from 2009 to 2011 ..
I was in 3rd grade back the... And me and my brother would literally fight over this game to play.. I can still picture the visuals of how I use to run this, which were my movies , which was the hardest part, shock was smoothest...
God I'm feeling extreme nostalgia
used to play this around 2005-2008... damn feel like a boomer despite being only 22 😂
I started playing in ‘98 summer vocations. 38 now and still play this gem now and then. 😅
This looks like the SNES version.
it's the same because the gba is capable of running snes games
Was this an officially released port of the SNES version?
Johnathan Rogers the Spectral Fighter I see.
I know the SNES version was done by Capcom, was this one too?
crashman234 No, it's a port...
The new extra stages looks all out of place
I loved this game so much!
I'm only 16 so it's not like I have a super long history but there is nothing like seeing all the levels again and hearing that soundtrack even though it was only like 7 years ago that ive last played it
Bro that Advanced Sp gameboy has alot of memories ❤❤❤
Aah man...That days,The golden times❤...I never completed this game at that time ,i was 6 years old.But this game i have completed at the age of 16😌..But I remember that days when i fall again and again😢❤
To be honest, I like the "A whole new world" substitute so much like the original one.
It's terribly generic
Such beautiful life I had with this game and other games too 🤩😌 when I started to play video games in my childhood days aba that time I don’t know still how my mind works when studying nothing will come 🤪🤣
Anyone who plays this game in 2018....
me i have this game in super nes classic edition
Me! ✌😉
i do on visualboyadvance
2019
Russia
This is Prince Persia's gameplay, isnt it?
Farhad Hussain
Playing this in 2019 before the live action movie
no friend like me and a whole new world due to copyright reasons
Copyright is so stupid sometimes. I guess it must be between Disney and the composers, rather than anything to do with Capcom.
Am I the only one who played this game (Aladdin GBA) using a nes cartridge in childhood? I couldn't believe it was in a nes cartridge btw.
The new track for the genie's lamp stage is catchy, but I'm glad the rerelease of the SNES version on the Disney Classic Games collection has Friend Like Me and Whole New World intact.
I love the Cave of Wonders music in this port! 🤩
9 years miss those days 😢♥️
I loved this game and completed it 👍
This version is what I have for Game Boy Advance. But the worst part is, both songs such as “Friend like me", and “A Whole New World" have been replaced. But at least this version has each an extra level on 6 stages, so I should say that it is the extended adventure of Aladdin.
era de mis favoritos. extraño tanto este juego
This one of best aladdin game in nes which i used to play in my childhood
The SNES Version of Aladdin was the superior game and way better than the Genesis version. Capcom made the SNES Version so this makes sense. Capcom is known to make good games!
You cool playing.
It's surprising that the official themes were not included especially since this is an officially licensed and title published by Disney. I would assume this to be royalty/union related requiring compensation to the songwriters.
Jim Taylor yep, that’s it.
Thank you for this video!
18 june 2013 to 18 june 2023 10,years miss those days 😢😢❤❤
As a 5th grader I can proudly say I completed this game
The images of character shown in the congratulations screen that was passCode to that stage
Despite this version lacking the songs from the movie, I think this version's soundtrack sounds a lot better than the SNES version!
This version's soundtrack is exactly the same as the SNES one except badly compressed. Unless tinny, fuzzy music is a preference of yours.
feels so nostalgic 💖
Omg reminds me back when I was a kid 😭😭😭 i love this
Fun Fact- I never new that there was feature of gliding through the carpet when ever we are on heights.. Still I finished the game 3 times. It felt so fucking hard still loved it.
is this just like the snes version?
+derkwest exactly!
+derkwest Uhh yes
Probably. The screen's SUPPOSED to go farther to the lower-left, so you can see Apu touching that gem from the movie.

Thank you for the game! I like it!
The scarab on the wheel gives extra lives if I remember correctly
One of the most memorable game
I do not play this game before when I was small. But I play another aladdin game before when I was small.
wow this is amazing ending well this game has very good Disney 2019-2020 why 🙏😊 ending life
Aladdin all you had to do to beat Jafar was jump on his head a few times duh! To think of all that trouble he could have saved himself lol.
to be fair, jumping 6 times on a person head is probably fatal.
@@gustavinho9053 Yeah I would imagine so lol.
This remake has new levels not included in the SNES version
14:00 That background is so pretty.
I love this game, thanks for the upload
Memories 💜
Make me cry 😭😭😭😭
Best game since 2009 from last year.
What?
Note: the game isn't usually this glitchy with the graphics, that's just the emulator
1:00:50 THAT’S IT?!? AFTER ALL THAT HARD WORK GETTING RED DIAMONDS IN THE GAME, THIS IS WHAT WE GET?!? ALTERNATE CREDITS?!?
This is actually just a port of the super Nintendo game The only difference is that they took out any music from the movie And replaced it with more generic music
Personally I prefer the Genesis version
as do i but i find enjoyment in the SNES version as well
i was so addict to this game that I even knew the codes to pass the game right away
Wait... is that Sonic Advance's soundfont I hear?
The alternate soundtrack that they used for levels like the Genie's Lamp and the Magic Carpet Ride just doesn't sound that good. Why did they change it? It was already great the way it was. As the saying goes: "if it ain't broke, don't fix it."
I'm going to guess it was because of some sort of licensing issue. Music rights can be messy. These particular levels on SNES were the only ones that use tracks from the original film. They left the other level tunes alone, and they are all original to the game. Some sort of legal dispute is all i can imagine (maybe their rights to use the music ran out by the time the GBA version was made). Sucks though...
Aladdin in Game Boy Advance. Good Job Cubex55 Member.;)
i think they mostly did it for the vault/dvd release of the movie that happened at the time
Im 12 and i use to play this when i was 4 or 6
I miss this game
I know everyone prefers the Virgin Interactive Sega Genesis version of Aladdin, but I still think the SNES/GBA version is good too, and has a few better features too.
Aladdin and his Monkey Friend, Abu sets off on their Quest to locate the Cave of Wonders.
Good old timer you good old game I remember I couldn’t pass a level where you fly with the carpet or with the ice ?
Yeah, no. The Genesis version is brilliant. The action's tight, the graphics are fluid and quite colorful for the limited palette, the music's pretty decent... some people say the platforming's glitchy or unresponsive, but I've never really encountered those problems. Only problem I *do* have with it is that The Escape is bullshit hard.
Not that the SNES version is bad - it's also a solid game, and has the better Jafar fight - but either way, the Genesis version is still a great game.
I feel weird that I cried at the ending. I'm way too emotional lately
What does the Scarab on the Genie Wheel do?
If you like the Sega Genesis version of this game, then good for you. But I dont, and its my God given right to disagree. I dont have to be "witty", argue, or explain myself to you (or anyone else) on why I choose to "like" or "dislike" anything.
You on the other hand are obviously looking for an argument, about my dislike of the Sega Genesis version of this game. And since arguing about petty things, is specifically a female trait...
This is for you:
/watch?v=Ppd6LHfhkd0
Youre welcome.
Where can I get back this game?? I played this game when I'm still kid and I failed to finish this game..so I think i can finish it this time
Super Nintendo version of Aladdin is coming to the switch and PS4
Wow I just remembered my childhood from IRAN
Awsome gamplay
best game console game gear
This Version Looks Like a SNES Version!
Aladdin: Alright Carpet Let's Go Aladdin is The Protagonist Of Disney's 1992 Animated Movie Aladdin He Will Appear in The Following Games: Disney's Extreme Skate Adventure 2 (As A Playable Character) Meteos Disney Magic 2 Disney Friends 2 Disney Villains Revenge 2 Disney Villains Shooting Game Just Dance Disney Party 3 Disney's Animated Storybooks Disney Epic Quest And Lego Dimensions Year 3!!!
Looks like ANY music directly from the movie got axed.
Kinda funny for that to happen in a movie-licensed game, but licensing IS a bit of a metaphorical minefield...
Thanks man
I Did Beat This Game Once This Is A Good Game
this game is cool.
esse jogo e muitoo bom !!!!

Is it wrong to say that I like the GBA version of Level 4 more than the "Friend like Me" Version they used in the SNES and MegaDrive versions? (also, I am well aware that the MegaDrive version is vastly different to the SNES version)
Sega version is vastly better especially music
