There's an eBook by J King which for me did a great bit of light. It's called Bits and Pieces you've might've missed about your Antisynthetase Syndrome. Hope that helps. I found myself completely in it. Talks about a psychological element activating the autoimmune system. In my case, is just that.
My impression we get from sharing more than our doctors, in this area at least. Took me years to get something out of me doctors and in the end I arrived to pills for nerves. It's a bit of an unknown territory, everything related to the nervous system is. Because it's about behaviours. There's an eBook by J King which for me did a great bit of light. Says there's a groups of strains activating the autoimmune element, and that affects the area of the body most exposed, weak, the lungs, as well from some behaviours, strains, with great deal of implication from lifestyle, foods, detox or no detox, and maybe even mechanical strains. I found myself in it and I'm sharing. All bodies are different and am not an expert. but I'm excited I found something that makes sense.
Thanks for sharing I was just diagnosed a few days ago. I can’t believe you were awake during that. I had one and they sedated me and I pretty much slept though it.
