Social Cognitive Theory: a Health Promotion Perspective

- I chose to create a narrated powerpoint about Albert Bandura's Social Cognitive Theory (SCT). I believe SCT best describes the self-efficacy construct compared to theories I have studied. You will hear about the history, how SCT evolved, constructs and its limitations. In addition to discussing each construct, I operationalized them. There are tips and steps for health educators to consider for program planning and creating interventions. I intend for the content to serve as a guideline.
Thanks for this! I'm a PhD student and needed a simple overview before I plunge into huge chapters
Thank you for this wonderful presentation. I truly have a better grasp of this complex theory from your short presentation
This is a very useful presentation. Thanks very much for posting it!

i found it interesting and useful. Your English was easy to understand
Well structured indeed. Helped me a lot to understand the theory.
If i am allowed to put forth some mild criticism: Don't be afraid to take a new take when it comes to recording voice. You had few hickups here and there. All in all neglectable though.
Kudos! :)
you did a great job
