This is sadly all false. Tee and Drew have been friends for ever and not met from the show. A quick search with confirm this. Tee's health issues is also not entirely true. I'm really not sure where this "Reporter" get's his information. I think he's getting paid per word and not per fact.

Tee knew Drew for years.. when they were young.. way before Drew even had his antique business as Tee went to school with Drews younger Sister.. i know this as drew & Tee told viewers whilst filming an episode..

I love salvage hunters. I like all the characters but we’re alway SC waiting for tee to come up with a punch line or put an outfit. On he’s brilliant a smashing person cracking personality but yer n drew there like Ollie n hardy. There great together. Just love em. Pure naturalists. 👍👍🫶
John Tee is a very fine man and a great wit so is Drew, a great show I wish al the gang the very best for the future.
I think after ten or so years one might want a change of scenery however nice it is. Ishall miss him in the show and wish him the very best in his future career.

It has been widely publicised that he has now left the show. The "new" episodes are about a year old when he was still filming with the show. Drew is now living in Bath and renovating an old property.
What about the story that Tee and Drew were friends since schooldays.

Tee has left the show as of several months ago, Although Drew & Tee have been friends since school Tee didn`t actually work for drew until series 8 of Salvage as stated!
