Judicial immunity is the cause. IAS/IPS Officers are suspended immediately even when they are not at fault sometimes because of inability to handle situations but Nothing happens to judges who give pure biased judgements destroyinv people'd lives.
Yes true. Elected people and constitution have given slight edge to females considering they are weak till certain extent. But judiciary have taken it such that woman is free to do whatever she want to. She can have affair, demand money, file as much as cases or even kill her husband or child. She cannot be punishable.
