  • "The Eddington Limit Has Been Broken" JWST Finds 6 Blackhole Seeds Older than Anything Ever Observed. The James Webb Telescope has sherlocked in on some of the earliest supermassive black holes in the universe, and it has done so by observing light from surrounding stars of the black holes.
Now when I say these are the earliest black holes, I mean these are old: formed only a few hundred million years after the Big Bang.
But how did these giants become so big so quickly in the early universe?
I think we are finally at the door of one of the biggest riddles in cosmology: What came first? The galaxy or the supermassive black hole?
To answer the question a team of scientists from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology observed the supermassive black holes and found that the cosmic monsters are insatiably feeding on surrounding material, generating immense tidal forces in a disk of matter called an accretion disk, thereby causing the disk itself to glow.
By pointing the JWST at the faint lights emanating from stars within the host galaxies of six ancient quasars, the MIT team has cracked open a cosmic mystery, collecting evidence for the first time that supermassive black holes in the early universe indeed grew from heavy seeds.

Tbh, I hear a lot of cope when scientists try to justify new data.

It’s sad to think given all the data that it’s easier for some to believe that us colliding with alternate universes is less mind boggling than thinking we are a creation with a creator.

Simulation Theory is disproven by the simple question: who created the creator?
