Looking back on those days when my children were young we had days that were hard and many days that were wonderful and it is the wonderful days that I have locked in my memory! My husband was just diagnosed with dementia and Parkinson's disease and I am so sad that I am slowly losing my best friend and the life we have built together.
My kids are grown and I have two grandchildren. I look back to those long days with little ones. Little did I know those were some of the best days of my life.

I’ve been through it with two kids (now teenagers) My oldest is headed to college next fall 😢 I went through horrible postpartum depression with one of my pregnancies. Depression or not, it can be hard. Very rewarding, but very hard. Take it day by day. Make sure you are taking care of yourself and doing things for yourself. Each season comes with its own challenges and rewards. You are doing great ❤️ You’re right, you will want these days back someday, so just be easy on yourself and give yourself a break when needed.
a year ago, after 42 years of marriage, we decided to take line dancing classes...we absolutely love it. And each song has its own steps so classes are always something new...Plus we get to wear our cowboy boots and what not..happy yalll are having a fun time at it also

I went through it made my menu for the week and went shopping for this week's meals. ❤ Turkey burgers are a healthy alternative and they are not to bad. I make an avocado/ miracle whip dressing to go on them with a slice of tomato and some shredded lettuce. ❤
