Unicron is the a collaboration between MF DOOM and rapper Trunks. The EP is produced by MF DOOM and features Trunks' rhyming. The album came into fruition after Trunks was featured in the song "Lockjaw" off of DOOM's album Take Me To Your Leader, under the alias King Geedorah. "Lockjaw" also appears in Unicron as track 3. Unicron was never commercially released, but it was made available electronically as a bootleg on many websites.

I listen to DOOM! year round, but October is a month that I listen to pretty much only DOOM!
trunks was always a seemingly hidden dope pleasure of mine....not shocked to see he crossed paths with doom at some point...
After years I have finally uncovered 4 unlisted tracks from Trunks. There is hope. I’m only a few steps behind him. There would be more to show but life in Cali I hear is fast and storage is short and many of these things were lost to time. I’ve worked tirelessly to find what’s remaining and hope to have more to share eventually (even if not on my channel 😉😉😉)

@@tranquil31 I’ve worked tirelessly to find more tracks. I’ve scored some really underground stuff from Trunks including his old promo tape he put out in 1997 under “Spliff”. Trunks according to close associates disappeared sometime after making who’s a hero and got buff but this was so many years ago. Apparently he had ties to DJ Natural and the Almighty DJs in San Francisco, but haven’t heard from them yet. If you wanna hear more trunks, I hope to be publishing a complete collection of his works I’ve scored privately off the underground

How limited was this pressing???Is it even on vinyl?I’ll be hitting google once my ears have soaked this shit up to check if it is & if you have to be sitting on a mini fortune to get at it.Love the 2nd MF beat,so dope still,I’m sure Lil Sci/Robinson 1st spat over it & MF’ used it again on the NerhuvianDOOM joint,nvr get tired of that instrumental though,that Lockjaw beat straight after it is insanely dope aswell,this needs to be copped on vinyl ASAP if possible EDIT-according to GOOGLE this is strictly a digital release but a few CD leaflets were printed,not even any unofficial pressings according to discogs so that’ll be that 🤷🏽♂️
