Tekking brought up how it's amusing that the name of the Elders was so mundane, but I actually have a theory that names back in the void century were closer to ours, and that's a bit of a clue, as they really stand out.
Starbuck is the name of Captain Ahab's first mate in _Moby Dick._ That's why I was asking if it felt like there should've been someone on Whitebeard's crew, like Marco, with the name Starbuck because Whitebeard's ship was named _The Moby Dick._

And right below t hat is a depiction of sea kings, and to the left of that is some weird airship with strange, green snake looking things. I think those are depictions of the ancient weapons! Sun with the Tiny Flame -> Mother Flame (Power Source) Giant Ship -> Pluton Sea Kings -> Poseidon The unknown thing -> Uranus
I have a really hard time feeling emotionally invested while reading week to week, I need to binge to properly develop an emotional attachment, but I read week to week anyway because I want to stay on top of the current story, and I know once I go back and re-read/watch it's gonna hard just as hard as it would've if it was the first time.

The mantis shrimp is the one that hits very hard with its spearing appendage and the pistol shrimp is the one that claps its big pincer very fast which creates a hot bubble and a shockwave. Two different animals.
