We changed the pulley system out once and made the mower run nearly 50 mph. We also put those small tires on a three wheeler one time and it was a drift machine lol. So much fun to modify things

"Redneck" or not... some things are just awesome. I used to love rooting around in the backbrush of my parents' five acre (I know that isn't a lot to some of you - but coming from a more suburban, "house on the hill," type deal - it was more than enough playground for me. Anyway, I used to love taking the Kubota out to recover the firewood-worthy fell trees, or hop on the riding lawnmower to go kinda clear mom's walkway around the fence line. Just goofing around on those machines was enough fun, I didn't care that I was actuality doing chores and yard work. Man, if I had thought of this idea.... I would have ripped out all the overgrowth areas while dad was at work and made a track just like this! I imagine this feels as fun as a mix between drifting, go karts, bumper cars, and mudding! So envious!

This is the same thing we did when I was a teenager back in the late 80s. I grew up on 30 acres we had trails through the woods which were wood cutting trails also. We had all the toys fun times.
I'm really tempted to build one of these but I'm stuck between a tracked mower and a mud mower. I drive on a lot more hills and whatnot so I think a tracked build is the way to go.
Memories my dad fixed an old Dynamo rider, when I was a teenager I cut grass with it, it looks just like the mower you are riding, is that a Dynamo rider? 😂 New Fan 🤠👈
To be watching this today Is a waste of time while you are on a old mower and just riding around in the mud makes a mud trail and running into other mowers A mower derby
I make a similar track between trees but with a go kart 110 cc racing camshaft, racing head, bigger carburetor and that was an amazing crazy track till I hit drifting at high speed a tree.
I didn't think a lawnmower would be able to pull of such clean drifts lol
